Employees friendly, but service in drive thru really slow, cheese in cheesy roll up, not even melted, soooo depressing, I know there’s a steamer. Out of my 9 min in drive thru, steam it for 30 sec @ least

Despite the other reviews, I had a completely good experience here. All front staff was very pleasant & helpful. Especially Lavonda. She went above & beyond. Very excellent customer service. I wanted to even contact Taco Bell to praise her to the company but the website is not finding this location. This location was clean & the sauce packets were super organized! Very impressed!

Horrible with order accuracy, I literally just went there 10 minutes ago and got home with the wrong burritos. I ordered two grilled stuffed burritos with steak and they input chicken never going back ever again to this Taco Bell!!!

You know it’s really sad when you have barely had your first meal of the day and to make things worse it’s Taco Bell because you don’t have time to cook a good meal today and after you request to have extra hot sauce you come to find out while having half of your taco remaining and squeezed out the last bit of the currently held hot sauce, that was the last packet and its packet number four. All I wanted was extra hot sauce…

I agree that this place definitely doesn’t deserve one star. While I only went through the drive-​thru the staff was polite and quick. My food tasted good, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because (a) it’s fast food and (b) the sour cream & guacamole weren’t spread evenly through my 7-​layer.

I have no clue how this place has one star! It’s always packed and the employees and management always seem so happy to be at work! Bathrooms are always clean. When I went today, there was a young black man who was the shift manager. He was so freakin pleasant, even when the employees made mistakes. He didn’t skip a beat, didn’t berate them, just fixed the problem and kept it pushing. There is also a Latin manager who is very pleasant and helpful.

This is one of the very few places to stop for fast food off my exit for work and every time I do stop by I regret it. I’m not sure if this is a training hub or something but they seriously have the slowest staff. When I arrived today there were only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it still took 15+ min to get done. On top of that my food wasn’t even done right. Won’t be making the mistake of stopping at this location again!

I’m not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but sometimes it just fits the bill. I stopped by this location for lunch and found that the prices are way more expensive than other Taco Bells. The service was nothing special. The restaurant isn’t clean. And my food was subpar, even for a Taco Bell. My gordita supreme had no meat on it! It was all lettuce. Needless to say, if I want to Taco Bell, I certainly won’t be going to this location…
