Have come here many times never have cheese pizza ready. I don’t get it that’s all they sell!

My wife went there on September 27^th at 1:10pm and got a deep dish pepperoni ready to go and it was old, hard, and over cooked. I am very disappointed and will not go there again.

This location never has any pizzas hot or ready. Today I went and found a handwritten sign saying they were randomly closed on a Wednesday at 7pm. With so many other pizza options its just not worth it to wait around d for 15 – 20 minutes for a cheap quality $ 5 pizza. I’d rather pay a few more dollars and be sure to get my money/​time worth.

I’m so freaking tired of this establishment! Why do you advertise HOT N READY if you never have any READY?! Even when I call in to hold one I still have to wait! Tonight is the last time I’ll put my money into your worthless business! I called, I placed a hold for a pepperoni deep dish and my husband goes to pick it up… Guess what, not there! So he just goes the easiest route and orders a regular pepperoni being that there were two people ahead of him waiting for a deep dish and when he gets home it’s FUCKING CHEESE! Hello??? What the hell! DONE! Never going back! EVER!

This particular location has gotten my order WRONG on many occasions. They have horrible customer service skills and try to sweep up their mistakes under the rug rather than admitting their mistake and offering up a solution. Instead, they knowingly give you an incorrect order so you don’t find out they messed up until you get home. We used to come here at least once a month, sometimes many more just out of convenience. However they started messing up our orders and we’ve taken a long break from coming here. After deciding to give this place a shot again, we have found that this location has not improved at all. It’s absolutely insane how they can make such a high percentage of errors.

This pizza is what I would expect of Little Caesars pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra cheese and a regular $ 5 pizza and an order of buffalo wings. The food was ready when I got their, however the cashier lacked good customer service skills, but again it’s about what I would expect from Little Caesars. Overall 3 out 5 stars at best.

This place is courteous, fast and the food quality is perfect! Hot n Ready! $ 5 is awesome.

My husband went in to the store before 8 pm and asked for a pepperoni and a pretzel. Manager on duty said she couldn’t put one in because it’s after 8 o clock. He told her it wasn’t even 8 o clock yet and she said if she puts one in, it’ll be ready after 8 o clock so she refused to do it. He asked for the corporate number and she wrote down her own store phone number. I called her over the phone and she lied to me and said my Husband came in after 8 o clock. I told her she is lying because I was sitting out in the car at that very moment and it was just past 8 o clock now. She said corporate tells her to stop serving pretzels after 8 o clock. I brought up the hot and ready sign in the window and she said if it will be ready after 8, she won’t put one in. She would not give me her manager’s name, she said I have to go through corporate. Corporate voicemail says to contact the store. Same manager told my Mom last week when pretzels were not hot and ready that there’s nothing corporate is going to do when my Mom asked for corporates number. She also said hot and ready doesn’t apply to pretzel pizzas even though there are several signs advertising this. Pretzels have never been hot and ready when I have gone in between the hot and ready hours. This is the 3^rd plus complaint I’ve made about this store. The girls, including this manager, were snickering at my husband when he asked for corporates number. He said they were smiling the whole time. This is horrible customer service and I will never visit this store again if I continue to get service like this. Little Caesars should be ashamed of the manager on duty and the way the girls were behaving. They’re supposed to be adults and their behavior was absolutely pathetic. Especially to lie and get caught in a lie when I tell her I was in the car right outside waiting for my husband when she told me he didn’t come in until after 8 o clock.

Called in an order for pickup, when we arrived there was a 20 — 30 minute long line to get to the cashier. They wouldn’t allow people who pre-​ordered to go to the front they have to wait behind everyone who was ordering… talked to the manager Michelle and she could care less. Needless to say we left without any pizza and will take our business elsewhere.
