Always order from here and never had a problem. Placed an online order today and used a different bank card. Pizza Hut called me and said card was declined. I was Asked if I want to rerun it I said yes when she asked for the card number I explained I would call back with the card info so I can verify it was Pizza Hut calling me, the lady laughed and said okay I guess, I asked her to just cancel my order, she stopped laughing at that point.

Made an order online and forgot to add in my free breadsticks coupon I received last week, called in and asked if they could include it in my meal since I had the code and it was unused. The girl refused and didn’t even care what I had to say! On top of that all the deals online are invalid at this location. I was hoping the pizza w ould make up for the horrible service, the pizza arrived really late and the pizza was cold. Save your time and money do not order from this pizza hut!

This place does not accept the promotional offers that are advertised on tv. When I place an online order for a future delivery(I always give at least 3.5 hours notice or more), it is always significantly late or I have to pick it up because it is taking so long. One night I called and asked if my 7:15 delivery that I called in at 3 o’clock was on its way. They told me they were busy and it would be there in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called and asked again and they said that its been ready, but the driver is on delivery. I tell her it is unacceptable since I placed the order 4 hours in advance. She just tries to explain that they are busy, which does not make sense in this situation. I end up having to pick up the pizza. She gives it to me completely free. I get home and it must have been out for a long time because it is freezing, so I have to heat it up. I also was late for my plans. What bothers me most is that instead of just apologizing, they tried to justify why it was late. If I place an order 4 hours in advance, I don’t care how busy you are. My order should be priority because I ordered it first. Will never go to this location again. Go to BoBo’s Pizzeria on 40th instead.

I always have an issue when I orderer here. normally I just go to boulder and pick up my pizza because they have way better customer service and they make the food right. I ordered online as usual when pizza gets here nothing you ask for and the price different online than the one they collect at your house almost 1.50 more. so I call the most rudest argumentive female ever hangs up on me so I call back the manager gets on. so she of course wants to make me look like a liar so she goes over item for item and sure enough total wrong. wonder how many times they been over charging me. cause I never check. The customer service here is so rude I was so pissed I didn’t even eat my pizza so I wasted 27.57 on bad attitude that should cost 26.00 and I tipped 30.00 just wasted. I will be calling corporate office today its not the first time they are rude .I am just sick it. and check your receipt they overcharge

I always order online and it lets me know that my order will be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, my order is fresh and ready for me to eat ! Yum! My favorite is their wings, it’s my addiction. And the service is good, my food is always done on time, always correct and always delicious. 5 stars for them! :)

I ordered one medium pizza w pepperoni and mushrooms and one order of 16 pc wings the total was 32 dollars Plus tipped the driver the total 35 bucks Bottom line good but too dam expensive For that i could of order two Thai dishes for a little under 20 bucks and still had seconds. Verdict not a good value I rather spend my money somewhere else

Literally just ordered a pizza online, ordered the large pizza for 2 toppings, toppings were pineapple and sausage. I came in to pick up my order as soon as it was finished, paid for my pizza. They showed me it and it was only pineapple, then they told me they would remake it. So I waited another 15 minutes for my pizza. After it was done I thought«they couldn’t have messed up the 2nd time» so I just grabbed my pizza and left, they didn’t bother to show me the pizza when it was done and I didn’t realize it was the wrong pizza until I got home which is like another 15 mins away. I called them back, telling them about what happen but they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I didn’t want the hassle for them to make another pizza but they really didn’t care that they made the mistake. Sigh. What’s it take to get a good made, correct pizza around here. I highly wouldn’t recommend ordering online from here, just call in and make sure they get your order down correctly. Goodluck fellow pizza lovers.

I place my order online yesterday. I was told it would be an hour for delivery, and hour and a half later no pizza no call. Wth! I call the store as we were having a family party and people were starting to leave and they place me on hold for over five minutes while they tried to find my order in their system. Someone else finally gets back on the line and tells me they cancelled my order! Seriously! They online app charged my credit card and she said I would get a refund in three days!!! The rep said it was a large order so they tried to call me, I had no missed call!!! Why would you charge my card if you needed to call me about my order!!! Frustrating! I will never use this location for an event again!!! Buyers beware…

First Time Using This Location… And Have No Complaints! I Ordered Online And Almost Immediately Got a Call Confirming The Order… They Told Me They Would Be At My Apartments In 30 Mins And To Wait Outside Since They Don’t Come Into The Complex. They Arrived Within 20 Minutes And Called To Let Me Know They Were Outside… I Walked Out and Was Greeted By A Nice Young Man. Tipped Him And Came Back inside. I Ordered The $ 10 Pizza Box With a Side Order Of Honey BBQ Wings. I Must Say Very Fresh And Tasty. Good Overall First Time Experience.

2nd try at ordering from Pizza Hut tonight. First order at the Kendall location– $ 27.33 for our order, but 45 minutes from ordering they called to say they can’t deliver to our address, although they delivered 2 weeks ago. So we started over and called the Highland Ave address– they can deliver but the same order is $ 33.60! Hope the pizza is worth it.

I’ve had issues with them before but today had to be by far the worst ! Placed an order for the Tuscany pasta and a pizza. I received my order at 425. I noticed the pasta smelled and thought maybe they used a different type of cheese I placed it on two plates for my boys. My 3 year old ate it my 6 year old didn’t and keep in mind this is his favorite he said it tasted funny. I called spoke to the manager and she apologized and at no additional charge they sent me a new one. Driver calls me at 5:01 and says she is a min away I ran outside since they don’t come into condo complexes I left my boys inside the house while I ran out to get the food. She didn’t arrive until 5:12 because she had mistaken the address. She asked if I had tossed the pasta away I said yes and she said my manager told me to make sure you toss the pasta don’t eat it. I get home to my 3 year old screaming and throwing up I compared the two pastas and there is a huge difference. 1st one the chicken is dark brown blackish and the pasta looks yellow and again stinks! The second one fresh white with the cheese on top light burnt and the chicken was nice and toasty. I called back spoke to a different manager told him the situation he stated they prepare the pasta in the morning that I may have been given a bad pasta if Iy was from yesterday he didn’t know because he didn’t work yesterday he didn’t know what to do he would have his Gm call me. Romeo. Called me apologized said he would go check all the pastas which I don’t care it already made my boy sick and issued me a 25 dollar credit. Really basically the money I payed them to make my boy sick ! Like I said I’ve had issues with them before it honestly think this was intentional as a payback for the other issues that have occurred. I trusted them and fed my kids the food and got them sick !!! That’s not right!!!

I ordered pizza on Tuesday, and now again on Friday. So, here’s the thing… I had a HORRIFIC experience with Marcus(as noted below), BUT after speaking with an assistant manager(Melissa? Jessica? something like that) and Romeo, the Manager, I feel that I need to update my review. Both of them showed genuine about my complaint and agreed it shouldn’t have happened. My account was credited in hopes that I would return again. Well, I did and I got my ENTIRE order complimentary even though it exceeded the credited amount. Romeo stated that he wants to make sure I come back. It’s not just about getting my account credited because, honestly, I was never going to go back and definitely not accept anything from them but the fact that the 2 managers listened and showed that they NEVER want their customers treated that way, really made me give them another chance. It really is about customer service. Although Marcus is horrible, Romeo and his other manager made up for it. Don’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch guys!

Really bad service. Called in an order they said 15 minutes. Went to pick up and waited another 35 minutes. No sorry no thank you. Pizza was tasteless and cold which tells me they had the pizza ready but it sat there for a while. Will not be back. Oh then I saw the you tube videos… ahhh!

Every time I order from here I get the best service! Without a doubt, they are always on point. They are fast, friendly and patient. I never feel rushed despite how busy they can get. They are happy to tell you about their specials and never seem annoyed or give you that«huff» that some sales people give you when you can’t make up your mind. There are tons of specials everyday. Pasta Mondays…50 cent wing Wednesdays etc. I’m addicted to their wings. They are good for people who like wings without the«Ambiance» of tight shirts. Honestly, wings are always good… but these you can order to go & enjoy the messy goodness in your own home… or a friends home… or any home.
