Burger King

I love Burger King but not this one. they gave me a total opposite of what I ordered on purpose, bacon cheddar tender crisp. no cheddar. extralong cheeseburger with no onion… had onions… ten peice chicken nugget with bbq sauce. no sauce.this was my lunch break so I didn’t bother the time to check if my Order was correct although I shouldn’t have to anyway.

Asked for a burger fresh off the broiler. Ended up with the total opposite. The food made me sick… was not fresh at all.

It’s Burger King so I don’t expect too much. The food is decent enough and the way they do the whoppers are nice. No longer are they soggy messes they used to be.
What I do expect is for my fast food to be, well quite honestly to be FAST. Is this the shtick with all BK’s? The one in Schererville is slow as hell too. Right now I’m in the drive thru, I placed my order at 1:22…there is one car that is still at the window and it is 1:30. There is another car ahead of us and the lady got out and started yelling. O_​o
Now that the other lady left (1:31) the lady that got out yelling drove off.
So because she did that, they said my order was $ 9.50. The lady in front drove off. So the chick cashed out my order!!! WTF!!! So she had to rering it. She said they were waiting on fries. They should have had the chick at the window pull forward to take care of the other customers.
All I ordered was a plain double cheeseburger. I finally had my burger in hand at 1:35. 13 minutes later!!! Dang! When I went to Miner Dunn the other day they had taken my order, then brought me my burger, drink and fries in about 10.

A while back my boyfriend and I went to this restaurant to get some lunch in the afternoon. Everything went routine through ordering and we sat down to eat. Unfortunately after we had already eaten half our food, I glanced over to the wall next to us and noticed what looked like box elder bugs crawling in a crack in the wall. Not just a couple, either. It seemed like there was an infestation. It was absolutely disgusting! Me and my boyfriend got up and walked to the desk telling them they need exterminators BADLY. We left the food we hadn’t ate and just took off. We will NEVER eat at this Burger King again! — It turned me off of this chain for quite some time, I wasn’t even able to order anything at a different one until months later. I doubt the staff has noticed or taken care of this problem. Avoid at all costs!
