Wendy’s

I come here for a couple times a month. Maybe a chizikken sammich very now and then but usually a small salad. The food is good for fast food I’d guess, and the place is clean.
The service is good too, I’ve never had much of a problem. There is an older woman that works the counter and she’s lost her lust for life and is generally a hateful witch with a face to boot. But hey, maybe she’s had a rough go and this is her only release of the rage she feels because her heart still pumps the ice cold fluid that keeps her alive.
Or maybe it’s me…
Anyway, the drive through at lunch is laser fast, it’s like they trying to set a record.
I like the place along with the godless troll that stalks the counter, she’s funny.

Well I’ll admit it’s a little bit weird to review a Wendy’s but I visited today and I thought that I should report on some service that I witnessed. I was in the restaurant at 12:30 this afternoon and was waited on by the person whom I presume was the manager due to her uniform she had reddish hair and appeared to be in charge. I received mediocre customer service in fact it might’ve been at the low-​end of mediocre and I’m only commenting because the person who waited on me appeared to be management level and the sharp difference I experienced when I witnessed the person to my left being waited on.
Alexi was working the cash register next to me and waiting on a middle age gentleman who happened to walk with a cane. She was patient while he ordered despite the fact that he was taking a considerable amount of time making up his mind. When his food was ready she greeted him again and then to carry his tray to the table. He appeared to be very grateful for the gesture. This act appeared to be very natural for Alexi.
The bathroom at this location was extremely clean the food tasted as I would expect it to taste at a Wendy’s.
One more thing I would like to note was the presence of many older gentleman who appeared to use this location has a social gathering spot. There were conversations going on throughout the dining area that appeared to be very friendly and familiar. It felt good to listen to these guys chat.

I normally love eating at Wendy’s, however I’ve had problems with their staff forgetting my food in the past. Today has been the last straw. After ordering through their drive-​through they forgot my chicken nuggets. Honestly, the food isn’t the problem, it’s the staff.

I used to love getting blazed and coming here, great memories.

This place is just bad. I’ve stopped going here cuz the food was so bad. Fries that look and taste like they’ve been sitting out all day. The manager takes a «I’m better than you and you’ll eat what I say» stance with me. After arguing for a while, I got my money back. I’ll never go there again.
