This place will 60% will get your orders wrong. When you get your food from here check if everything is correct. It’s kind of dumb too because when I called in saying they got my order wrong, this lady didn’t even say sorry but a simple«um okay» «just come in and exchange it, bye». She literally hung up the phone after she was done speaking. Insanely rude for their OWN mistake.

The lady claiming to be the general manager is a complete moron. She’s an older lady with glasses that has no idea what in the world is going on. I do not recommend coming to this location, if you must have bakers choose another location!

A very good place to eat. The food was wonderful. They have outside seating for if you take your dogs. It’s an A+ place I would go out of my way to eat here.

Are all the employees rude here? I’m so happily surprised the couple times someone is decent here. Can’t stop coming for their mex meal number one though!

Food is like any other bakers, but service is lacking at the drive thru. They are always in a rush taking your orders, hence the add on at the window to get the stuff you want. Don’t ask for too much condiments because your cutting into their profits.

The manager is rude the employees for the most part are rude. Some of the new people I’ve seen lately have been nice but the black girl working the drive thru who has a monotone voice doesn’t know how to provide friendly customer service. Every other bakers I’ve been to everyone’s really nice and friendly not this location the manager is equally as rude when they’re missing my food from my bag looking at me like I’m lying. Bloomington bakers is better and the Surprisingly the San Bernardino location as well.

I’m a bakers lover lol I know but ever time I go here they are so friendly and patient with me because ever time I go I’m getting food for my whole family so it takes me a min and they always ask me if I have seen the fb coupon witch is a huge plus because I can save some money! Thanks bakers

Tired of that 1st drive thru window closed all the time causing traffic back up, just bring additional cashier on board to help the flow of traffic I need my burger and I need it fast!

Tip: If you are a bakers lover, go to website everyday and click on the deal of the day. Every single day they have a new special, and on weekends they have a breakfast deal, and then in the afternoon(after 11) they have a lunch special too. You don’t need to show any coupons for the deals of the day, just ask for the deal of the day and they will give it to you(you can get max of 2 per person or car depending if you are going inside per person if you are in a car then only 2 deals of the day per car). Sometimes these deals of the day are HUGE discounts compared to the regular prices of the items. Also, taco Tuesday is always great at 89 cents per taco and their tacos are WAY better than del taco(they are big tacos), but they are greasy so you have been warned. Greasy but delicious and they go great with the curl your tongue hot sauce.

The lady working the drive thru in the a. m is really slow and often gets our drink order wrong. Last week, our car was hit on the side mirror by an employee who flung the drive thru windows open as we were pulling up. She did not inform the manager because we spoke to Donna and Donna said no one told her that the car got hit. No visible damage to the side mirror but it’s still something that should have been reported to a manager.

Excellent food, and cannot beat the customer service. I have never found meat in my food here. The grille cheese sandwiches and boca burgers are cooked a separate vegetarian grille

Usually service is decent but omg I wish they would stop throwing the cold hot sauce and ketchup packets on top of our hot open food. It’s gross and it cools the food. This has happened non stop for YEARS. Wish they would stop doing it.

If you want some solid comfort food at a cheap price this is your place. Great food close to home. The only thing I dislike is that the deals of the day keep slowly increasing in price, not cool.

«Great food close to home» is their motto… but it’s it’s more like«mediocre food close to home». I used to LOVE Bakers and grew up on their Mama meals and dollar menu as a teen. I haven’t been to Bakers in years and decided to share a little of nostalgia with my kids. We used the drive thru and I bought burgers, burritos, fries and shakes and they couldn’t believe that Bakers had a meal for a buck back in the day. Usually kids devour french fries like a fat guy coming off the Atkins diet but my kids left most of them. I went to try one of their fries and it was limp like a 90 year old grandpa(so i heard). I was so irritated that I emailed Bakers and they wrote back and said sorry. Sorry? Save your stinkin sorries and just give me some hot, crispy fries. Maybe one day I will try you again PS Their shakes and burgers were still good but come one Bakers, don’t give your cold azz fries to the drive thru people… Unilocal to the rescue!

My five stars is based on comparing Bakers to other fast food places. Bakers makes nice California fast food style Mexican food and burgers, and the prices are great and the specials even better. Here is a secret: the coffee in the morning is great and a bargain compared to Starbucks and the like. Bakers is a product of the Inland Empire and the family is still local. Mr Baker is gone, but the restaurants continue to operate following his philosophy of customer service. Back in the early 90’s they used to have a family meal deal: three burritos, three tacos, three fries, three sodas, and a pint of ice cream. Or was it four of each? Anyway, my family ate many of those deals as well as many other items on the menu.

Bakers is my all time favorite fast food restaurant! Bean and cheese burrito is the best and I also love the shredded beef quesadilla. Always fast and accurate on orders. Open until 12pm which is perfect for me since I work late. Yay Bakers!

«Great food, close to home…» — it really is true! This location replaced the original location in Highland on Palm Avenue about a year or so ago. For those of you who don’t know(and how in the blue hell can you live in the Inland Empire without knowing?!), Bakers is somewhat like a Del Taco… but better! Bakers drive-thru restaurants have been a part of the Inland Empire landscape since 1952 — and are the first restaurant chain in the USA to feature a «dual kitchen» that offered both American(burgers, fries, etc) and Mexican(Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, etc) fare. This Highland location, and the one on Arden, are the ones I grew up on through my childhood. I even worked for them for a small bit of time during my teen years. The food has always been good; and made to order! No heat lamps. The shakes are always yummy and the sodas can come with flavor shots(like cherry, strawberry, chocolate, etc.) The milkshakes were always pretty epic. This new location is nice and clean. The employees are friendly and pretty efficient. I’ve mainly tried the Mexican fare; only tried a few burgers. They aren’t as good as, say, In N Out — but still damn good! My mom has a friend who lives in Camarillo who ALWAYS has to do a Bakers’ run when she’s in town and have her«Bun Taco»(a real menu item!) To top it off — a good 15 of their locations feature a vegetarian menu! Originally featured just at their Loma Linda location to appeal to the Adventist population. But it was so successful that it spread to other locales. And all Bakers locations feature meatless Boca/Gardenburgers to appeal to those wishing a meat-free option. Those of you who are new to the Inland Empire might want to pick a location and give it a try! Its one of our few positive claims to fame!
