Decent breakfast spot with friendly quick service. Great place for a quick breakfast, especially with young kids. The only issue I come across is that the quality of the food can be hit or miss at times with their omelets and egg dishes. The pancakes are pretty outstanding and since my wife and kids loves them, we’ll be back. I can eat them every once and while, but I prefer eggs for breakfast. I may have to work my way through the menu to find something I like, otherwise I may have to just fill up on the flapjacks.

Never had migas before. Fantastic. Really enjoyed their green salsa which comes with the dish too. So full couldn’t eat the fruit bowl which came with my meal. Good tasting coffee. Kid breakfast good size and tasty too. Will definitely be back. Oh super fast service with friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for everything.

Very nice little breakfast and lunch spot. Our waitress Leah provided great service, and the food came very fast. The chicken fried steak could be better but the price you’re paying makes it still a good value. My wife also enjoyed her vegetable burrito and coffee.

Not only is this my favorite Snooty Pig location due to the amazing food quality but now it’s even furthered because of the customer service. Presley was our waitress and her attitude was above and beyond polite and helpful. Our food came out within 5 minutes on a Sunday morning exactly as we asked and better. She was so fast with everything we asked for and always with a smile. Thank you!

The ‘Pig’ as unlike to call it never disappoints. Shelby is a great server — go with the Migas and have them spice it up with Jalapeños.

Disappointed Snooty Pig.
Great food. Great omelette. Great hashbrowns. Great breakfast quesadillas. Good grits.
Why just three stars? Sat for ten minutes after our meal was done… The young hostess came twice and got all our plates yet we sat there. Patrick our server was too interested in talking with his friends and visiting to notice we were done. Once we finally flagged down another server to please bring us our check… He disappeared again. Had to give the check to the busboy/table clearer because I was not gonna wait another ten minutes (even though the check with credit card was clearly laying on the table).
So sorry big minus 2 for bad bad service. What happened to customer service??? Don’t folks realize you will get more money if you give good service??? Ugh!

Full disclosure my daughter just started working here waiting tables. That being said it’s a great breakfast place. Huevos de Fred is a great choice. Also had eggs Benedict on a previous visit. This isn’t Brennan’s but good food and quick easy and affordable.

Due to my experience earlier in the day, I was looking for a place to eat breakfast. When I drove past this restaurant, my curiosity won over and I turned around.
Once I was seated, I didn’t have to wait long for a waitress to ask for my beverage order. After she served my coffee, she informed me the name of the waitress who will wait on me. I wasn’t finished stirring my coffee when my waitress asked for my order. I was surprised how quickly I got my chorizo burrito. A bit too fast. Other reviews suggested the food may have been previously prepared.
I was equally surprised how quickly I got my check. I wasn’t asked if I may anything else or more coffee. She certainly wasn’t polite about it. I decided not to ask for more coffee. Once I finished my meal, I paid the bill and left.

Crappy repackaged store bought food. Easy to tell this stuff is not made to order or homemade. Very bland and very poor quality. Very disappointing place. Not sure how it got rated so well on here. Starwood Café around the corner is 100x better!

The food and staff make this a every Saturday breakfast must for my family! Well worth the wait on Saturday mornings and my husband would recommend the pancakes but I prefer the French toast. Biscuits and gravy make this kids happy!

Great place for a quick breakfast. Friendly staff and good hot food. One waitress, GiGi, is fantastic. She remembers us every time we walk in, remember that my daughter cheers and always has a smile. Great kids breakfast! I have had multiple items, but found that the breakfast BLT is just a perfext breakfast… skip the hash browns and get the oatmeal instead.

Despite nearby competition, Snooty Pig Café is hands-down the best breakfast/lunch place in the HV area! Been going there for the past 2 – 3 years, mostly on weekends. The young servers are friendly and treat me nicely each time. Casual atmosphere is perfect for breaksfast/lunch. The owner is a great, friendly guy! If you have to wait, it’s worth it. The pancakes are better than everybody else’s, the BLT or Club sandwich rock! Trust me on this. I highly recommend the «Migas» breakfast; a tex-mex egg scramble with onions, peppers, cheeses, tortilla strips accompanied by hot salsa! It’s my favorite and the plate is always empty once I’m done! By the way, the fresh muffins are fantastic too.

Our Sunday place to eat for the past 4 years. Good food, awesome staff, love love there pancakes.
You might have a little bit of a wait on Sunday’s but we don’t mind. It’s well worth it.

Me and my wife have been frequenting this place since we moved close by about 4 years ago, the service went down hill for a while, about 2 years ago and we stopped going for a while. But they have turned it around in the last year… So we have been going often again.
My wife loves the pancakes and I have to say they are really yummy. I like the eggs, biscuits and gravy. The food is always good I have never gotten a bad meal here. There is often a line on Sat or Sun mornings.
Update — June 2015
Over the last few months we have started getting poor service again, there are tow many other good places near by we wont be back. The quality of the food was off as well, I can forgive poor service but not poor food quality.
I no longer recommend this place.

Yum! Great service even with our large group. Big portions. I had Huevos de Fred. Very good. Hubby had the southern eggs Benedict. He liked, but wished he had requested fried eggs on top instead of scrambled. Kids had chicken fried steak and loved it. Light breading and lots of meat.
Definitely returning next time in the area.

While on vacation in Texas we were craving sandwiches for lunch and stopped at the Snooty Pig Café. We were happy to see they served lunch. It was tough to choose from all the delicious menu full of comfort food so we asked our server what she would recommend. We couldn’t wait to try the Club and BBQ Pork sandwiches that we were told were so good. I decided to give the tuna sandwich a try and my husband and the girls went with the recommendation. Big Yum! Our lunches were fresh and tasty. As travelers, the Snooty Pig had some of the nicest sweetest service. By the time we left, we had made new friends. We can’t wait to visit the Snooty Pig on our next visit to Highland Village.
