Location? Location. It is truly unfortunate that this location just can’t get it’s act together. First it was a poorly run Perkins. Now as a Frisch’s, I don’t see much improvement. It’s a random Thursday morning and although the place isn’t busy the breakfast bar items are empty, old or cold. I’m really disappointed. The décor is more modern than the old school Frisch’s, but it is evident that it’s not being kept up. There are fixtures with burnt out bulbs and the place needs a good wipe down. The bright spot of today’s visit is the staff. My server is attentive and friendly.

A good place for a good meal at a good price — big boy, fries, and soda with those classic small ice cubes! It’s not the greatest or fanciest, but it’s there and pretty good, and you want to sit down for a good meal, but not wait forever to get served. I love the décor and mid-century modern style details — classic, even if the building is relatively new.

For 8 $ I got a big ass double burger; Mac and cheese; onion rings. You really can’t beat that. The waitresses are as nice as they come and the service was quick. This place rocks don’t listen to the haters if they are looking for a $$$ meal they should go to a $$$ place!

I love the look of this new Frisch’s and was excited to grab breakfast here on my way out of town. What a let down. It took for-e-ver. Not good when you’re there with impatient parents! Biscuits were dark brown and not fresh. Western Omelet was dry, pieces of ham, pepper and onion laying on top of a formed egg circle. Cheese was a sprinkled on the top only. It was like none of it had been cooked together, just thrown together on the plate. I agree with the other review, stick with Bob Evans!

We went to this new Frisch’s to sample their breakfast buffet. I’ve never been to one before so didn’t know exactly what to expect, but overall don’t think I’ll be back. We were seated right away, but ignored by the wait staff for a long time before we finally flagged a server down. We both got the buffet and it definitely had a lot of items, but all very standard(basically comparable to a Holiday Inn Express free breakfast buffet): eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, etc. Enjoyable items included: home fries, baked apples, and biscuits. The pancakes and french toast were inedible. Everything else ranged from just OK to not great. Buffet prices are about double most of the standard breakfast entrees, so you either need to be really, really hungry or just want to try some of everything. For this type of breakfast experience, I think I’ll stick to Bob Evans up the street.
