Never again. The food was not fresh and when I told manager she admitted the boneless wings are fried in the AM and then sit under a warmer. I literally through out food and walked out.

This crew wanted to charge me $ 2.89 for a cup of ice water! What?! Their service was pretty terrible and their food was not the greatest. I love the Zaxbys location on Main Street so I thought, why not go here — not going to do that again.

Average for the chain. Pleasant people but they get distracted sometimes and service suffers. Chicken is always great so I still like coming here for lunch on occasion. Reasonable prices. Eat for under 10 $

This used to be a great chain. Don’t know if my tastes have changed or their quality has slipped, but it doesn’t seem to be at the level it once was. Salads are small and heavy on lettuce. I agree with the previous reviewer who said that this location is dirty — it really needs a thorough cleaning.

I was surprised by previous comments, then I looked at the dates. This place is great, although expensive for fast food. The staff is always kind and extremely helpful. They always repeat the order back to you and I have never had any problems here!

Don’t even waste your time here. Management is VERY inconsistent and the food is horrible.
I have never seen as many people in one place that hate their job the way this crew does. While I was there 3 crew members actually got into a tussle and the MANAGER was involved in it.
Very immature staff and bad attitudes.

The staff was very slow and didn’t seem to communicate appropriately with customers to being boarder line unprofessional. There was one staff member that was very nice though.
I feel that the product doesn’t match the price. This location needed to be cleaned. The drink station was overflowing with trash with trash all over the floor too. There was some grease stains on the wall between the counter and the kitchen. I know that my expectations are a bit high for a fast food joint but still.
