These guys are on your side. When my wife’s iPhone died, neither the Apple Store or Verizon could fix it. They took a look at it and the next day called back and it was fixed. All they had to do was reset the software through ITunes. They didn’t even charge me because they didn’t have to open the phone. These are folks who know how to build future business! Highly recommend!
