I really don’t understand how everyone is writing that she has good prices. I took a bridesmaid dress there to be hemmed and she charged me $ 65 JUST for it to be hemmed! All of the other bridesmaids I was in the wedding with went to other places and paid $ 20 for the same dress to be hemmed. If I didn’t need the dress done within a few days I would have gone somewhere else. Not only did she overcharge me, but just getting into the store was a nightmare. I woke up early to go on a Saturday morning by 8am and I got there and saw a sign on the door saying that they were closed until Monday. I figured she was on vacation or something so it wasn’t a big deal. However, when I showed up Monday morning at 10am which was the opening time, which I actually took off of work to do, no one was there. I waited until 10:30 and still the store was closed. I found the phone number online and called to leave a message. I left her a message saying that I have been waiting outside her store for a half hour and asked her to give me a call when she got in so I could come back because I really needed to get this done. 2 hours go by and still no call! So I decided to call back. She picked up, so she was obviously there. I went in and explained to her I was here at 10 and left her a message and she COMPLETELY ignored everything I told her. If I knew that someone was waiting outside of my store for a half hour waiting for me to get there I would have not only called them right away but would have APOLOGIZED. I didn’t get one apology for any of the trouble I had and she obviously didn’t knock the price down at all. This business is run terribly and is way overpriced. I wouldn’t go back here even if it was for free!

They did a great job sewing seams on my winter coat and hemming a few pairs of pants. I would definitely go back.

Just wonderful. I would bring everything of mine here if I could afford it — and I almost can, her prices are great. The owner is the sweetest woman alive, and always says «my love,» which is so pleasant! We had my suit jacket, my slacks, and my partner’s skirt tailored to fit for our wedding, and she tailored them all from boxy looking, off-​the-​rack articles into stylish and sleek pieces. Love the experience, love the clothes.

Loved this place! Took my wedding gown to be altered and the owner was amazing. She’s super sweet and knows her stuff. My sister took her wedding gown to her as well and my mom took her two mother of the bride dresses to be altered. She works fast and does a great job.

The night before my wedding, my wedding dress didn’t fit! I live in NV and because of a lackluster alterations person in Reno, I didn’t have time to try on my dress before getting on the plane to get married in Califon. I rushed to Belsy’s when she opened at 8 AM on Saturday, the day of the wedding, and two and a half hours later my dress fit beautifully!!! I couldn’t thank her enough. She really saved my day.

She really is amazing and very sweet. I would live to have an eye like she does. Also does what is best– even if it means less money for her
