Reflections

I went there a few years back and it was such a mistake. I actually got a recommendation from a neighbor of mine, so I was surprised they were so bad.
I told the woman I wanted a reverse bob and had a sketch. She somehow gave me this ridiculous bowl cut and then curled it with a curling iron. I looked like some kind of a nut. I didn’t even bother saying anything and I know they could see I was upset. I to to pay them and they tell me they don’t take credit cards. What kind of a place does;t take credit cards?
Meanwhile this older woman was in there the whole time talking about how sick she was with a stomach virus and was up and down to the bathroom about ten times.
I felt like I was in the middle of a bad dream.
Went and had the cut corrected the next day.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars but not possible. Went there on my anniversary to get a mew hair do before surprising my husband at work. Made appointment for early morning (before 10am) for a cut and blow dry. Made clear before starting that I had relaxed hair. Ended up looking like a crazy woman. My hair looked like a bad perm from the 80s. When she was done blowdrying it I really thought she was going to just use the flat iron. No such luck. She just puffed it a bit more and said «that’s it. It’s $ 38.» I had to tie my hair to be able to walk to my car, started crying as soon as I got to my car and ended up canceling my surprising my husband. Worst most humiliating experience EVER!
