I found this place looking to train for the Spartan run. If you think you ended up at the wrong place, don’t be surprised. The building is located in a warehouse-like area, but it works for a gym! After the first class, I was exhausted. The class is different every time. There can be weights, ropes, burpees and everything in between. The exercises and timed reps really help me in building endurance. Brenda is an excellent trainer. She encourages rest for those who aren’t physically advanced and also pushes us when she knows we are capable of continuing certain workouts. I ask how to do certain exercises the proper way plenty of times and Brenda is kind enough to demonstrate them. I’ve attended her classes several times and intend to keep coming for my one intense workout a week.
