I love pizza, it doesn’t «love me back» though so I don’t eat a whole bunch of it. I was craving some the other day and found myself here, ordered a small pepperoni and brought my own beer as it’s a law (pizza/​beer). The place is in good shape, there’s several tv’s tuned to sports and some helpful kids running the show.
Pizza was really good, the crust is very different– not thin but light as a feather and had a nice texture as well.
I’d been to the one in Coppell years ago and can’t remember if I even had pizza, my loss as it’s really good.
I think these are franchised so maybe they vary the menu a bit, they had a very typical Italian menu like any other place.

Unfortunately I am a big fan of Palios, however not this location. Several times over the past year I have tried to order around between 9 and 9:30 and they refuse to deliver although they close at 10 p.m. Tonight whenever I called I was told that they are no longer delivering because they are slow and closing early. I’m not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate store however this is completely unacceptable. The customer service at this particular location needs to be addressed.

Food was bland. Mozzarella sticks were awful. Made our own pizza. Pizza had plenty of toppings but no flavor. Barely any sauce. Crust was chewy and tough.

Love love love this Palios. The ones in Denton don’t compare. The food is excellent, the service is great, and it’s a convenient location for me. I highly recommend the cheesy bread, and the pasta is surprisingly good. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I love this place!

When someone calls and tries to order delivery, only to be told you can’t deliver now because there’s no driver, it’s probably a good idea not to laugh if they ask if you’re going to hire one or have one soon, then avoid the question. Seriously. Are you just never doing deliveries again?

This is our favorite pizza place. They beat any pizza in the area (Hickory Creek, Lake Dallas, Corinth) as far as my family is concerned. Ambiance is cozy for dining in. The skillet cookie thing, whatever it’s called, is SO good! They have a wide variety of creative flavor combinations to satisfy everyone. My favorite is Hawaiian Sunrise, with cashews and dried cranberries in addition to the pineapple and Canadian bacon. Perfect mix of salty and sweet. Great place for lunch with their lunch specials, too.

This place started out real good and it has slowly gone downhill. At this pace it’ll be closed before long. The last two times I’ve called in an order for pick up the person answering the phone has been LESS than friendly. Upon arriving to pick up my pizza (both times) nobody had smiles on their faces and nobody greeted me. They may as well have said «hey, what do you want.» The pizza has always been good, but I’m a huge fan of customer service and this place is lacking it. I’d rather order from Domino’s down the street bc they are much more friendly. There is nothing I hate more than walking into a place and giving my money only to be treated like crap.
The pizza was okay. We ate it. We always get the Hawaiian sunrise. It was «warm.»
I’d go again… but it will be awhile.

We love palio’s! Always fresh food, the gyros and chicken Caesar are awesome (and of course their pasta and pizza!) Always clean and friendly environment. Owner and staff are really friendly.

I have ordered, well attempted to order from this location several times… it seems 6 times I get some young smart ass teenager that has no clue where she is or what they have. I ask for The Classic… Duh it’s the name on your site of the pizza we have ordered time and time again. Oh you mean the Italian classic… um no The Classic… we go back and forth finally I ask if I called Palios? I’m not sure why I have difficulty every single time I order. Piss pour mgmt I suppose. Get it together… Gentis is going in right next to you idiots.

We had the meat and cheese thin crust, and a salad, both were great.

this place!!! Cozy seating area and always clean! The BBQ chicken pizza is AMAZING! My hubby loves their chicken Alfredo pasta! The desserts they offer are pretty good too! Overall, very excited to have this restaurant join our small town!

Take out order. Order was ready on time. Hubby said the tomato soup was one of the best he had. Pizza was fantastic and so different them the other choices in town. Looking forward to hanging out on their patio this summer!

I had never been to Palio’s before coming to the new Hickory Creek location but I will definitely be coming back. My girlfriend and I received great customer service from the manager Moe and «The Scorcher» on wheat crust which I ordered was delicious. Great family atmosphere but sophisticated enough for an adult evening as well.

I would give it 5 stars just for the food. But the customer service is beyond horrible. Disgusted. I’ll just stick to the denton location. Very disappointed since I live right down the road from the new location.

Had the noahs large pizza. I was thinkin there was gonna be enough for take home but when I saw the 13 dollar pizza come out in a very thin crust I knew it was a eat there. The pizza was good and the interior is nice. Its down the street from the house and def enjoyed it. Will be going back there but pay the extra dollar for thick crust.
