It’s like the saying goes, you get what you pay for! I had initially ordered my tuxedoes for myself and my groomsmen at the Mens Wearhouse but with initial concerns with cost, I began searching for a more cost effective alternative, my mom told me about this place which she did business with them for my sister’s quinceañera several years ago. The price was great, my wife even got her Dress and my mother-in-law as well. The transaction a few weeks later was a nightmare! First things first, My Wife’s dress they did not have it in the color she wanted after stating they did. They also did not want to return the down payment we put for her dress and insisted on the ivory color. After some budging, and threatening legal action, they pulled some strings and got my wife’s dress. Several weeks later, one week before the wedding they told us that the tuxes were all ready, they mixed up some orders for the guys and my tux made me look ridiculous! I normally wear an XL size dress shirt, they gave me a 3XL shirt!!! I looked like I was getting ready to jump out of an airplane! On top of that, my bowtie was broken and my pants were wrinkled at the knees! My guys were complaining about the sizes being inaccurate, when I called to get some explanation for this they told me how they measure from the hip-down. Turns out my cousin’s pants were too short, like Michael Jackson about to moonwalk short. My point is, this place HAD a great reputation a very long time ago! I will no longer be conducting business with this establishment. They get one star for a good price, but the cost of paying less means less quality.
