Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a delivery pizza as soon as they opened this morning at this exact location and the pizza smelled like rat and I threw it away. Everyone smelled it and we can obviously tell it wasn’t made this morning because the pepperoni and olives were sitting on top of the not so warm cheese, stiff cheese. Delivery guy was mostly on time. Also, the girl on the phone lost a little bit of patience with me but that was the least of it. It’s better to throw it away than to eat with disgust. $ 20 in the trash.

Our last resort after failed attempts to find food at Denny’s or IHOP on Christmas Day. We were starving after an hour wait at Denny’s and disheartened by the promise of a 40 – 50 minute additional wait at IHOP.
There was a small line of people at the counter. A man waiting for his pizza complained to us about how he had already waited over an hour, that they had lost his order in the mix, but everyone else seemed to be getting their pizzas pretty quickly. So my expectations were low when the lady at the counter told us an approximate 35 minutes for our order of a large pizza and 8 wings. $ 20 for all that, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
There is no where to park so we used a spot next door at a closed bank (I don’t advise leaving your car there too long without supervision, though). There is no where to sit in this tiny shop. There were two lawn chairs (obviously already occupied) and a small area to stand and wait in. When we got our pizza 10 minutes earlier than expected, we were overjoyed. It was 10pm and we were starving.
Overall, everything was as expected from Dominos, from the tiny wings to the average tasting pizza. I can’t complain any more than I already had that night.

This location is the worst dominos I have ever ordered from, the employees are very rude.

Great team. Always very friendly and service with a smile. My order is always right.

I’ve ordered from here before and the pizza has been pretty good, but this last time the pizza was terrible. No sauce, dry, and burnt! Not to mention it was cold.
The guy working wasn’t very friendly. No smile. No hello. Nothing.
I suggest you take a peek at your order before you leave just in case it’s messed up like mine.

If I could put negative stars I would… That manager should be a bag girl a supermarket. She’s rude and quite frankly doesn’t care that her customers wait on hold for 30+ min. I have resulted in ordering online. The drivers are very friendly.
One time I was forced to order online while driving in traffic to be able to feed my family cause I was on hold for way to long. Something needs to be done and calling 1800 dominoes doesn’t do much.
It’s a shame cause dominos is my favorite but I refuse to deal with rude managers that don’t care about their paying customers.

Needs new management. Not going there again.

When I showed up to pick up the order, the pizza was barely being put in the oven. took over 50 minutes for a pizza to get done. nothing special. I waited… and waited. the employees were somewhere in the back. the guy and girl were having some, «alone time». they walked together out of the back room after a long period of time .the place was empty with customers in the waiting area… what a waste of time. oh, and one of the guys almost dropped my pizza twice, I was waiting for that to happen to get a refund because i was definitely not waiting another 50 minutes for a pizza.
I would understand a busy pizza place. But nobody was working. I will not be buying any food here for a while, I don’t like wasting my time.

Dear Domino’s Pizza franchisee can you please train the manager on customer service. She should not be allowed to make any contact with the public, seriously.
