By far the best bakery in Hialeah, keep in mind these ladies do not speak English. But you can point and say uno or just put your fingers up as to how many you want? But its worth stopping by if your in the Miami area

This is my new favorite bakery in Hialeah. The pastelitos are always stuffed and super fresh. The tostada always hit the spot. The Cuban bread is hands down the BEST! Make sure to try the croquetas de la casa not sure what they are made of but super addicting. You won’t be disappointed with this spot. Make sure to bring your patience with you. This place is always packed but the lines move pretty quickly.

This is the best Cuban bread I’ve had in ages. Inside it is incredibly soft and doughy while the outside has the perfect amount of crunch. The pastelitos are always on point. I’ve been there twice and there’s always plenty of people ordering so you know their stuff hasn’t been sitting around. Oh and there’s no minimum if you’re paying with a card. Sin duda, una bakery de tremenda calidad.

Awesome cuban bread. Go early on the weekend though because the lines can be out the door!

not being really concern about calorie counting this morning, i swung by this Hialeah bakery on my way into work… this a place where if you come several times, the great ladies working there seem to remember you in the future and know exactly how you take your cortadito!!! the bread here is delicious… a cuban tostada is done with lots of butter and if you like, toasted to a nice crunchy consistence where the butter completely melts onto every piece of the toast!!! the pastelitos, even thou sometimes have been served cold, they are good… and if you dare take home a small container of their pastica de bocadito — this is the delicious filling used in those small bread sandwiches served at your friend’s kid birthday party — this darn thing is so addicting! you can not just have one you end up eating the whole box! it is truly one of the best i have tasted. i am also a great fan of their pan con tortilla — it is big enough to share — you just have to ask for the tomatoes cause if you do not, they are left out… it is one of many bakeries in our city, but i can say it does have a very nice group of ladies who work there… and to be that is a great part which keeps me coming back…
