This is not your typical nail salon. Ester, Sonia, Gina, and Judy are the only ladies who work here, and not only are they friends, they are consummate professionals. This really shines through, as it does not seem you are entering a sweatshop like some other nail salons, but rather a family establishment.
They want to ensure that everyone gets the quality service they deserve, and they stand behind their work. There is a reason why you need an appointment; they want to make sure they do a great job without rushing you.
The salon is spotless, and they have the most comfortable pedicure chairs around. It’s worth getting the extra ten minute massage as the chair goes all the way down and it is so relaxing. I’m often passed out two minutes into the massage.
Just as a heads up, they do not accept credit card unless you spend more than a $ 100.
Definitely check this salon out, after one time you are not a customer but part of their family.

I love this nail salon! Ester is so accommodating she knows exactly what I want. I had a wedding to go to but forgot to book an appointment, she stayed late to do my nails & made sure they were perfect. I am so happy with the way my nails turned out. Everyone is also so sweet & it’s a really nice environment. Thanks cotton nails :) xoxo

I love this place. It’s very clean, everyone speaks English and the nail polishes are new. They have the most comfortable pedicure chairs too. I’ve been to many places in the area that scare me – it’s dirty, the workers are nasty and yell in another language, there’s too much noise and kids running around, and your nail polish chips the next day because it’s old or diluted. Cotton Nails is very tranquil and although a tad bit pricier than others, it’s so worth it. The owner, Esther, is a delight.

Wonderful nail salon in the 5 Towns area of Long Island. They were located across the street before a fire forced them to move into their new place about 18 months ago. Since then, they have expanded into facials and other luxe treatments. All of the ladies are equally talented — I have never had a bad mani-​pedi and I’ve been a loyal client for 14 years. Super nice people and a very clean, relaxing environment. I highly recommend.

Cotton Nails has been my «go to» salon for over 20 years. Lived in Long Island for many of those years, but now travel from Staten Island every few weeks to have my manicure and pedicure done. They always come out spectacular. I can never go wrong with going to Cotton Nails to feel pampered and special. Their prices are great as well, and the salon is spotless clean. Esther, Gina, Sonia and Judy are perfection!!!

Cotton Nails is an amazing salon. The staff are professional, courteous, kind and exceptionally friendly. The services and quality they provide is ‘top notch’. My nails have never been stronger or more beautifully manicured. The staff are artistic and creative with color and design. I have never been disappointed.
