VIP Management

Considering this profile did not exist when I left my original review, let’s try again.
Where to begin.
I’m not usually one to complain, unless it’s truly worth complaining about, but this company needs to be outted for their practices. I was a resident in a home managed by VIP for 2 and a half years. Right off the bat, the carpeting in our home was dingey, stained and obviously quite old. There were holes (albeit not huge) in the doors, scratches and chunks missing out of door frames etc. not a big deal to me, I knew the house was older. The absolute lack of communication and process with the company was shocking, but as long as I paid my rent, it didn’t bother me.
Their policy is all utilities need to be in the tenants’ name. Not a problem. I put all utilities in my name, sans water. The area we are in is mandated by the county, not the city, and therefore does not allow tenants to put water in their name without the home owner doing it first. I put the request for VIP to send info off to the home owner, and after two months (!), I was told not to worry about water, that they would pay for it. There was no time frame, no stipulation whatsoever. Now, 2 and a half years later, they are pursuing me for almost $ 1,000 in backed water bills that I was told I wouldn’t have to worry about. Absolutely ridiculous. We could never get ahold of property management when we needed them. It seemed like no one was ever in the office to help us, sans their secretary. When someone finally did return my call, they seemed annoyed.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever. Go somewhere else!

VIP has been serving as our Property Manager for over 2-​years now. As Owners we have been extremely pleased by their professionalism, response time (relative to our Owner Requests along with Tennant Requests) and most importantly understanding of the Rental Market Regulatory Requirements. If you are looking for a Good Company to assist with your Property Management needs, we would highly recommend them.

I have rented from VIP for almost three years with NO problems whatsoever! When there is something that needs to be fixed, we call them and it gets fixed immediately! Maybe it’s because I am one of the few who has never been late on the rent.

If you can find a way to stay away from using this people to rent a property then for the love of God stay away! They are horrible!

I wish I could write an accurate review for the great service I received from this company, but alas! I was never able to do business with them. Contacted them and over a week later still no response. Too bad. I was hoping for professionalism.
