There are very few places that have great customer service and this Jiffy Lube is one of them. I hadn’t even gotten out of my car and someone met me to ask how they could help. My emissions inspection was done is less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

I cannot understand the last reviewer’s comments. Today I had my second visit to this Jiffy Lube. Both times I was greeting with smiling faces and tremendous courtesy. The first visit, my needs were taken care of expeditiously. Today’s visit did not go smoothly as my car’s ignition locked up as soon as it was driven into the bay. The young men there called experts to seek advice (my car is a Smart Car, best serviced at a dealership.). After trying to resolve the problem, my car had to be towed to the dealership and all the arrangements were made by the gentleman at Jiffy Lube. They went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The courtesy and smiles were there throughout the entire visit.
