Made an online reservation through Airport Parking Inc. Arrived at the gate to enter and was told by attendant that the lot was full and that if need to drive across the street to park at the Crown Plaza. There the shuttle was leaving 15 minutes later than was posted on Herndon Park and Fly’s website.
In short, this place is a better deal than airport parking but is not worth the headache.
