Extended Stay America – Washington, D.C. – Herndon – Dulles

The area is a little worn down versus other Extended Stay’s I have
been to, but the service here is good.
I needed some dishes and other items for my room. Went to the
front and got all I needed for no hassle. I usually get these guys
thru hotwire or priceline, so the price is always right even though I’m
bidding and don’t know where I’m going to stay

Dirty. The people who run it barely speak English which is frustrating, when you’re trying to communicate about an area. It seems a large community of people are living there.
Damp. Dogs barking in the room next door.
Clearly smells of smoke.
We had reservations but after being in the hotel for about 15 minutes our asthmatic son started having issues and we had to cancel our reservation. We’d never stay at this hotel.

Booked two rooms for my guests there for a week. They had a great experience. There was a young manager in the name of Kachif who went beyond his way in assisting them, since we had a handicapped person. We were so impressed by the service. Also, the small kitchenette along with the fridge were a great plus. Will definitely recommend this place.
And, the location is great. Very close to Dulles Airport, Tysons Corner Mall, and 25 minutes from D.C.

As long as you feel, you will get an okay sort of experience at a reasonable price, at a good location, complete with free wifi and in the mornings grab and go breakfast, it should suit you fine momentarily and you must check
is also 9 mins drive from the Dulles airport.
Location– really good. Walking distance to reston town center and lots of shopping. Decent food options nearby. .such as Chipotle, Potbelly, Subway. all within 0.5 miles. Décor — not so neat. Initial and Check Out Service– fine, though i didn’t really require anything special.
Room — A little small, but okay for me and my husband, Bathroom was tight as well. Not Clean, there were ants all over the place, the carpet needed a cleaning too. Bed — Good. Queen, Pillows weren’t comfortable.
Gym — You can use the YMCA GYM complimentary.
Price– It is economical if you plan to stay longer for office purposes and the location is absolutely great.
WIFI is complimentary but for better speed you need to pay some 14 $ for a week.
I Would refer not stay again and would better choose Hyatt at the Reston Town Center.
