I’m on my second session of laser hair removal. Staff is very nice and it’s always very clean. They also always offer me water while I wait. I’m usually in and out in 15 minutes. Only reason I gave a 4 is because on my second session I realized the girl did not go over the entire area. I had to tell her she missed a spot. Not her fault but I feel they should kind of let their staff know what was agreed upon. She was super nice and did it though.

The staff here is great! I am getting laser hair removal on my feet and I just finished my 5^th session. I have to say I’m a little disappointed, though my hair is finer now, for the most part it’s all still there. It takes a little longer to grow in now but it’s definitely still there :(. As far as I know I’m the perfect candidate for laser hair removal. I have dark hair and pale skin, maybe it’s just me but I expected much better results. I’m giving Laser Away 3 stars purely because the staff is very accommodating.

The atmosphere and the employees are amazing. It’s always a breeze when I go in for my tattoo removal. I definitely recommend.

I found this place through gruopon and I actually was surprised to find out the prices at the location were better. I really enjoy coming here, the staff is nice, the location is clean, and my treatment is always fast.
The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I’m only on my third session. At this point I can’t give an overall satisfaction review but so far I’m very happy getting my treatment at this location.

Great place, I love coming here for my laser hair removal treatments. The office is so pretty! The nurses who do the procedures are very nice and professional. The award, however, goes to Stacey at the front desk, who has top-​notch customer service skills. She always makes you feel like a treasured customer and keeps you informed about all the specials. :-)

This is the place for the best juv job! Carolyn is an artist and tells you everything you need to know to prepare, very important! Two thumbs up and five stars!

Everything about this place is amazing! I went in for a consultation and Stacy made me coffee while I filled out all my info on an iPad. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and makes you feel really comfortable. I have done laser hair removal at several other places, and I can say that no other place has ever been as blatantly honest about what to expect for results, or given as much attention to my personal health as they do at LaserAway. The fact that they make you do a consultation with a nurse and do test spots to make sure your skin reacts okay shows that! And never have I ever been told by anywhere that I don’t qualify for hair removal on certain parts of my body. Definitely not a place just looking to take your money and give you nothing good in return. I just had my first session yesterday for underarms, Brazilian and lower legs and I can’t wait to keep on going! If you want to do laser hair removal you should definitely go here !

I just finished my fourth treatment today, and I just wanted to add that I’ve seen a different Nurse each time (made appointments at different times on different days) and they have all been so helpful, happy, patient and friendly.
Making appointments, appointment confirmations and even when I call with random treatment questions are always met with a prompt response and courteous service.
Although I have four treatments left for my current packages, I’m already planning for my next treatment areas and will definitely be coming back here!

Went in for a free laser treatment (Brazilian) after I received an email for it and it went so well! The facility was really nice and clean, and staff really makes you aware of what to expect and makes sure that you have a clean medical history for doing the procedure. Stacey and the RN were so nice, I hope to be back in the next 4 – 8 for another treatment. Love it, a little pricey though, but it seems like they always have discounts and promotions going on. If you have the money, this place is definitely worth it.

I’ve been going there for a year and half now. The treatment didn’t work for me till my 5^th session, but now I’m really happy with the result!

Great place to laser remove that name tattooed on your body, that you should have never had done

Every time I try to make an appointment it’s weeks in advance, some times a month in advance, which is annoying with my busy schedule.
Also I had the laser bikini treatment and it was mostly painless and a very fast treatment but i found a year after treatment most of the hair came back anyways!

I don’t know what I would without laser away… Lucy is truly AMAZING!!! Iv had laser hair removal, injections and clear and brilliant done at this place and my results have always been breathtaking!!! She is kind… Knowledgable… experienced and my god the list can go on forever!!! The staff is very helpful and veryyy nice! The office manager has the best communication with clients and the nurses to make sure i always leave with the biggest smile on my face!!! The facility is always clean… Smells great and has a very classy décor. Iv been a client here for over 3 years now and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my beauty needs.
