My most recent experience here was kind of the final chance I will give by choice. 3 people in Yumberries shirts were there upon my arrival with my little sister and we were not greeted by a single one. There was one gluten free, nut free, and no artifical sugar flavor and it did not taste good. The girl at the register seemed like she wanted us out of there. It was not even 2 hours before closing time.
I have been lucky to have had frozen yogurt from places in D.C., St. Louis, Pittsburgh, and more and I just feel like this place has a neat décor with a terrible froyo selection and mediocre toppings, along with an apathetic staff.
They used to have all froyo and even some Greek yogurt versions. There weren’t all the artificial sweeteners, lack of plain flavors, or anything like that, but now, it’s disappointing and I don’t care to visit the establishment anymore.

The place is a good place and has good coupons and deals… however the fact that the flavors change a lot not all of them taste that great.
And the non dairy selections aren’t usually preferred. When I go with my best friend he can’t have anything because they only have two or so non dairy flavors and they aren’t appealing.
I think the place is fine but should have a few permanent flavors and change out just a few for holidays or seasonal things.
Not everyone wants to come in with high hopes and have let downs because everything that’s new tastes bad when they liked what they had before and it’s no longer there.

Kind of hidden in a plaza, but brand new and not that bad. It definitely beats ColdStone in both taste and especially PRICE.
My preference is still Menchi’s as their toppings are far more than here. However, they have «almost» everything you want. My only complaint is that there is not enough fruit & «healthy» options. Though every crunched up candy-bar topping you could want is here (which my hubby loved).
OVERALL: Because it’s in the area we do a lot of business with, we will definitely be back.
