Everyone who works in this place is miserable… They have zero customer service. The only reason this place is still around is because there are no other options… I cant stand having to spend any money here. They treat customers bad… walk away when you look like you need help… cant say thank you or smile when waiting on you… short. one word answers… just bad all the way around. Lots of things in the store, but no one to help you find anything.

They are wonderful with selection and size. A little expensive for what they sell, and there are no teacher discounts. Micheal’s at least gives 15% off.

I got an old map custom framed at their shop. The employee was very helpful and personable. I was told it would take two weeks to finish the job but it only took a little over a week to complete. Final product was excellent. It’s a sturdy frame with a good hanger and protective glass. They also had a huge variety of frames.

I love this place! Since they moved from Sharon and got the big, new location, it has grown by leaps and bounds. I love the great selection they offer in every craft are you can think of. They also have a nice selection of gifts and novelties for things like weddings, showers, etc. Sometimes it’s nice to just walk around and see what’s new.
