As a business owner, I do a lot of banking at several different banks. Of all the banks I deal with, this Wells Fargo branch is the absolute worst. The only business I even conduct at this branch is making deposits, yet every single visit is a total hassle. They make it difficult for me to give them my money– how does this even make sense? I can go to the Regions branch down the street and do an international wire in less time than it takes me to deposit one check in the Wells Fargo drive-thru. This branch is terrible.

*since the other listing for this same location has now been mysteriously«closed» I am reposting my review for this listing, which is the same location*(if that makes any sense) I find it incredibly annoying that this branch operates differently from the branch in Brentwood. I have never had a problem cashing checks of any amount no matter what my checking account balance was in Brentwood but this location won’t cash the check unless you have the funds to match it in your account. When I asked why I was told it’s because the amount of fraud is greater in the Hermitage area than in Brentwood. AND??? They should base their customer services based on the individual customer, NOT the general area. So, now, because I work in Hermitage and not Brentwood anymore I am penalized and don’t have immediate access to MY money. That sh*it pisses me off. I have never presented a fraudulent check and I have RARELY ever had a returned checking item in the last 10 years I’ve been with Wells Fargo. Guess they don’t take that into consideration. Guess it’s time to start looking for a another banking institution, although I’m sure they’re all nearly the same.
