I go in there all the time. The folks in the store are helpful and and courteous. They always help me find books for my students. They have a descent selection of guitar strings and a great selection of pianos. I like it in there.

They have a great selection of sheet music and pianos but I was unable to tickle the ivories because a recital was happening in the back room. I only found this out after a while of being inside before the two guys at the counter greeted and warned us. Then I realized they had a sign outside about how they offer piano lessons. That’s fine and dandy, however they should probably close the store during the recitals. Because who the heck can shop for a piano without playing it?
