One and a half hour and still waiting on a prescription. It is even prepackaged Tamiflu and just needs the label printed and stuck on it, while I sit here spreading the flu. Is there something below one star?

I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the pharmacy dept here on Christmas day. My son had just left the ER diagnosed with H1N1 flu and needed to get his prescription filled. He didn’t have enough money to get it so I was going to pay for it over the phone and they wouldn’t do it. It was only $ 160 and acted like it was several thousand and illegal narcotics. It was flu medicine for Christ sakes!!! They got very rude with me and even hung up!!! So what ever you do don’t get sick on Christmas day and have to go there because they could care less if you get your medicine or not. So I will NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER WALGREEN’S AGAIN!
