Walmart Neighborhood Market

The lady in the paint section is a bitch, I’m sorry but i asked for satin and she said ok. But then gave me eggshell and said, satin paint dosent exist??? What? The color didnt seem right, i was looking at it and she rudley said «you don’t have to take it if you don’t want it». Considering We had to wait 30 mins to even get somebody over in The paint section, we took it, not happy. I just don’t think they know what there doing.

I am in love with this location! It is super CLEAN, well LIT and ORGANIZED!
Even though it’s a smaller version of Wal-​Mart it has everything I need and I don’t have to fight anyone for parking or deal with a CF! I can shop in peace!
Everything on the shelves are extremely organized, makes it easy to find! Nothing is shoved to the back of the shelves! Whoever runs this location is doing a fantastic job! Not to mention you can still do your money transactions and they have self checkout as well!
The fact that its right down the street for me is big trouble!

I had TWO terrible customer service experiences in one week with this pharmacy. First time I was the only one in line, my prescription was almost ready and they told me they were closing for lunch and I’d have to come back in an hour. Two days later, back to get the same prescription, there were 5 people working behind the counter, only one in line and received no help for a full 10 minutes. I even watched 2 people come through the drive thru and leave because they were not helped. I will be getting my prescriptions at Walgreens from now on.

Locked up diabetic supplies strips. Husband was out and needed more. No one had a key. Ridiculous.
Today the pharmacy was open and waiting in line. They finished with the customer then walked away. When I finally got their attention they said they were closed (the gate was still open & we were waiting in line. All we needed were diabetic test strips that don’t even require insurance or prescription but they insist on putting behind counter.

The customer service is horrible with very rude staff. It is worth it to go to Winco down the street or to the Walmart Supercenter.

Only if I absolutely have to will I shop here. I usually have to gear myself up, roll my eyes and plan out a way to be out of here fast.
Obviously I am not a fan of wal-​mart. Customer service is non existent. We just all know some of their items are much cheaper than the usual grocery store.
The unfortunate part of shopping here is their inability to check expiration dates. On several occasions I’ve picked up an item in the refrigerated sections that were already weeks past the date stamped. I’ve flagged down an employee to point out the dated food.
I wish Wal-​Mart could step up their game but it hasn’t happened in my eyes.

This Wal-​Mart is great if you just need one or two things. Fruit is hit or miss and there is only one actually helpful employee at the deli counter. But it’s not crowded and it’s small enough that it can be a quick trip. My only real issue is that their pharmacy is seriously lacking in communication skills. I had a doctor call in a prescription for me and walmart needed to have it sent in. Everyday I would call and they would tell me it would be in tomorrow after 2:30. For two months they told me this every day! It was ridiculous. I finally just gave up and never had the prescription filled.

I like this location. Although they do not carry everything that a regular Walmart does, it is a decent grocery store, without the usual nightmare Walmart parking lot and chaos inside.
I come here for their $ 4 prescriptions. Luckily, my generic medication falls into this range. This is a nice, well stocked and comfortable store. They also have self-​check out lanes, which I really like.

Ah dang I just discovered that they don’t have everything you’ll need if you have a recipe in hand. If I just need basics this is a great place, I like it — not crowded the four or five times I went there — nice, clean parking lot and friendly staff. They were out of the fresh herbs — I mean they didn’t even have any fresh parsley :(

All the Walmart savings, without the Walmart cretins. Much rather stop by here for groceries and small items than deal with the cluster fudge at the WM on Marks St. The store offers mainly groceries and household items, and just like it’s mega store big brother it is opened ²⁴⁄₇. They offer quite a bit for it being a small store. I am able to usually get everything I need grocery wise in one swoop. I notice the folks working here are a bit more pleasant and personable than the drones that work at the mega store. (perhaps less intense fluorescent lighting). Either way really dig these neighborhood market shops wish they would have more of these in CA.

SAVE MONEY and LIVE BETTER WITH 7-​ELEVEN CONVENIENCE
For years this is a supermarket that I stop by on my way home. I save money and live better with 7-​Eleven convenience. In my eyes, this store and the majority of Neighborhood Markets are oversized 7-​Elevens that provide the customer with similar grocery departments and competitive pricing found in a Supercenter minus the crowds, inconvenience, and lines.
It is my understanding that Walmart has a policy where every six years, store planning refurbishes a store. Recently this store celebrated its sixth year anniversary and Bentonville commemorated it with a refurbishment. The most noticeable changes are that the Walmart sparkle trademark replaced the green Neighborhood Market sign on the façade and that yellow has become the fashion statement of the store. For the most part this Walmart Neighborhood Market is identical to the way it looked before it’s sixth anniversary.
In a Walmart of yellow walls, I appreciate picking up groceries without the stop and go of shopping cart jams. Because it is far less crowded than a supercenter; the sales floor is cleaner with less out of stock itens. I found two items that have been out of stock in the supercenter: a brand of can mushrooms and Clear America watermelon flavor. This is a convenience with shorter distances between grocery and health and beauty aids than the supercenter. When I shop in a supercenter, it takes a football field or two to travel from the grocery aisles to the health and beauty aids. Here, it is an uncrowded hop from the frozen foods department to health and beauty aids. With less crowds, I would think that the wait times are minimal at the pharmacy alongside health and beauty aids.
Saving money and living better with 7-​Eleven convenience is a good deal. I appreciate a good deal. I think I will be in and out of this Walmart Neighborhood Market sometime in the foreseeable future.

I like shopping here, it’s clean & organized, there’s always enough check stands open. Prices are fair, clerks are friendly. My only gripe is the lack of lighting in the parking lot at 6 pm. Its kind of scary, because it’s very dark and only the lights closest to dollar storage are on.
