Starbucks

They are very friendly and keep everything moving. This one is inside Von’s. Hey gals-​thanks for feeding my habit and not judging.

I don’t know what happened here but this place has become very disorganized and slllllooooowwww. People have groceries and waiting over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee with one person ahead of you is just unacceptable. The new girl there was either not trained correctly or she just doesn’t care and by her poor attitude and unfriendly demeanor I am guessing the latter. I watched her several times in the middle of making an order stop what she was doing and take other orders leaving hot coffee to get cold and of course forgetting what the heck she was doing. Never seen any other Starbucks do this and clearly makes it disorganized. And when the manager walks by twice and sees people waiting (the same people!), stops to have a chat and walks away without helping out tells you something as well. This is my 3^rd and last time with the same girl and same problem. And they have nerve now to put a tip jar out. There are 4 other locations in the immediate area and will never purchase anything from this very disorganized and unappreciative Starbucks again. A perfect example of customer service at its worst.

Hmm… service was good enough.
My review is for the Strawberries and Cream Frappacinno I ordered… was very watered down.
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been rushed because it was a Frap Happy Hour.
Will come back because it’s right next door to where I work and they’ve usually made the drinks up to par.

My experience this morning, at this particular Starbucks, was awful. The baristas were very slow. They also skipped around on their customers’ orders. For instance, the lady behind me got her order first because she knew the barista. Then, while the barista was making my drinks, she stopped in the middle of it, started two other drinks from the other two customers behind me. Even the gentlemen were surprised that they got their order first. Very disappointing and very frustrating. Most of the time, if you get the other baristas, the service is great. This particular employees were awful and needs to be re-​trained.

I can’t believe they charge for one pump of syrup at this store now. I will definitely not come back to this Starbucks.

It’s just a small kiosk in the Vons grocery store, but there are plenty of tables and chairs to relax after a bike ride in the Anthem Hills. The people are always friendly at this one and the service is super fast. Parking is plentiful. If you live in Anthem and are making your way toward Eastern this is the perfect SBUX location for you!
