This morning I had the most unpleasant experience at this particular Starbucks around 10−11am.
As I approached the door, I noticed a sign stating they were not able to serve any expresso drinks (lattes, macchiato, etc). Of course, me being a venti triple shot macchiato girl, I was a little upset but had nothing against the staff because I know how machines can be sometimes.
Erika began to take my order but abruptly stopped mid-​conversation to talk to her fellow co-​worker about some dance recital or something of that sort. I patiently waited for her to return her attention to me. the customer, but this unfortunately didn’t happen as soon as I hoped it would. I continued on with my order, which Justin ended up having to take over on the next POS system, due to Erika’s «freezing»…again no big deal. I was a bit annoyed at this point but tried to keep a positive mindset. UNTIL, another employee came from the back and insisted on all of the employees attention immediately (Justin was still in the middle of taking my order) to take a photo on her cell phone. I could not believe how unprofessional these employees were. I would assume there was no manager on duty and if there was, they should be very ashamed of their staff and the owners should rethink the management.

I usually go to this location as it is across the street from my house. It’s usually rather slow. But that’s not a huge issue. However this morning I went in and the girl behind the counter seemed annoyed I was there. No hello not a word actually. Very very unfriendly. This would make me not return. Customer service is everything this girl just lacked any social skills

This is my go to for Starbucks. The one across the parking lot inside Smith’s is just horrible. The staff here are so friendly and consistent! I always order online and pick it up since I cannot seem to get my butt out the door with enough time to go in and order. It makes it so nice and quick. There are always a lot of people inside and you rarely have to wait long for your drink. Several groups of people that I see every morning, which just shows that people enjoy being there!

I buy iced coffee everyday, sometimes twice a day from Starbucks. I know just by the color of the drink if it’s prepared correctly.
This morning, I ordered my usual Venti Cold Brewed coffee and the Asian employee (I do not remember her name) did NOT even say hello or smile. Lol! She just looked at me. I said hello, smiled and ordered my drink. UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only did she not greet me, she also gave me incorrect change and was short. She asked if I wanted my correct change, she would take it out of tip jar (she had closed the register drawer). Lmfao! Are you serious!!! I told her, keep your change from your tip jar.
I watched the barista prepare my drink and he barely gave me any cold brew coffee. It was mostly cream. As he handed me the drink, I told him: «You added too much cream. Prepare my drink correctly or prepare it twice.»
The second time he prepared it (he knew I was watching him) came out fine.
Be lazy. Get fired. Too many unemployed people looking for jobs throughout this city. Appreciate your paycheck.

Utter failure. First if all, I was thrilled beyond all thrill when Starbucks introduced the Savory Fold Overs. By far the best for me is the Swiss and Ham. With certain dietary restrictions this is the only one I can eat and really satisfies my craving in the early morning. This is where the failure in this store comes in. I have come in at all hours of the day and at NO time does this store ever have the Savory Ham and Cheese. I get BS story after BS story from staff that has no clue of why they don’t have it, but they can push the spinach (which tastes like crap) and the peperoni (I like pizza from an Italian resteraunt) as a substitute. The staff is absent most of the time and screws up orders (I ordered a Peppermint Mocha with whole milk and whip) mine had soy… ewww and then got an attitude when I said it wasn’t what I ordered. I find myself walking across the parking lot to the Smith’s Starbucks where at least… I get fresh coffee and NO ATTITUDE. Pull the Savory H&C and have your GM order accordingly for the store. You’re losing customers that are shareholders!

Brooke, Kyle, CJ, Justin, Foster, Miyu, Kimi, and Thomas are some of the friendliest and most professional Starbucks employees I’ve encountered in quite some time. Each of them helped me with loading my Gold Starbucks VIP card, grinding a 1lb of Italian Roast, and/​or pouring the perfect Venti sized drip of the day.
I walked out the side door to a giant outdoor patio w/​a trickling water fountain, pretty green ivy growing up the walls and plenty of seating to choose from. I sat by the trickling water fountain and indulged in my morning Venti sized Sumatra. There were many friendly patrons of all ages, and dog friendly too.
*Parking can be a challenge and there is no drive-​thru.

Horrible customer service. Overcharged my debit card and assured me the payment would fall off. Unfortunately when the payment ended up processing I called them to see if they could please refund my money and because I live out of the state there was nothing they could do. Wish zero stars was an option on Unilocal

The outdoor area is dirty and outdated. The staff is not super friendly. Also, if you get a refill they use the same cup. They are suppose to give you a brand new cup. It’s unsanitary to refill people’s used cups according to corporate’s standards! Bc certain utensils and iced tea pitchers touch the rim of the used cups! Stop being cheap and refill with a brand new cup like corporate expects you to!

There’s so many, why review this one?
Tons of outdoor shaded seating, a definite plus in the summer and warmer weather months. This is my go to Starbucks; I tend to frequent this one in my PJs. The service is very fast and if there’s a line, they get through it pretty quick. Plus the staff is always friendly and smiling, even when I’m not.
Came here today and they just debuted the Thai-​Style Peanut Chicken wrap. Three mini-​wraps with peanut sauce and a side of grapes, more like a adult kids meal. This was pretty unremarkable and pricey at six dollars. You’re better off going to one of the other food spots around here and then coming here for coffee.
Beyond that little foodie set back, this place is still a solid spot, with decent space inside to work or study and the Wi-​Fi is always on point, unlike some of the Starbucks in the area.
PRO TIP: This place gets packed around 2:30pm and stays that way until about 5 or 6pm. If you plan on working or studying, get here early!

The nice thing about this Starbucks is the covered patio to sit on outside. There’s tree vines and shrubbery, along with a small fountain. It’s a quaint relaxing atmosphere. As far as Starbucks go, service and drinks are average as compared to all the rest.

I need Starbucks Anonymous, I will admit it, which I hear is the first step. I drink coffee way, way, way, way (you get the idea) too much. And I am fairly certain in a blind taste test I could tell the difference between the stuff I get a Starbucks and the «stuff» we make at home.
This Starbucks has a great staff, Nikki, one of the managers is always friendly and seems to know a little bit about everyone, she’s fantastic. CJ in the morning is always a breath of fresh air, he’s friendly and sweet and what a Starbucks employee/​barista should strive to be. Justin will remake that muthr F-​in’ drink for the crazy guy in the black Mercedes out front who sends his lady in every morning 2 – 6 times until the drink is made to his discerned liking (seriously, no joke here people) (poor thing) (I mean Justin), and Larry in the afternoon is always friendly. Everyone else is nice. Miss the exuberant balding gay guy who used to work there, his enthusiasm made stopping by for my latte always interesting.
But not as interesting as watching that lady order a drink, take it to the Mercedes, return to have it redone, take it back out to the Mercedes, come back in to have it remade again, etc. That’s actually pretty interesting, as well.

Jenny and I were all over this Starbucks when we were staying in Henderson earlier this month. For my two cents, I gave up on Starbucks when they, as a member of the Grocery Manufacturers Association (along with Kelloggs, Monsanto, etc), sued the state of Vermont in an attempt to prevent their GMO labeling legislation. In fact, I’m losing my gold card in a couple weeks because I didn’t have enough visits over the last 12 months to maintain my status.
That said, Jenny loves Starbucks and, when you’re on vacation in a foreign land and don’t have a better suggestion for nearby afternoon coffee (and wifi), you visit Starbucks. Admittedly, this is on the nicer end too. It’s spacious, clean, service is friendly, and the large patio area was wonderful in early March (I doubt I’d cheer for it in another month though).
5 star service/​facility + 0 star corporate integrity

Kudos to Kyle! He’s on the morning crew and has taken the time to get to know my favorite drink in the busy morning rush. A new face was there Friday morning and he took the time to ask if I wanted classic syrup in my tea. Great customer service and they work hard to get drinks out fast during that morning rush. Thanks guys!

Visited this location today on a work drink run (closest to the office). Cashier was very sweet and quick prepping my order which was 3 drinks. Once drinks were received, I kindly asked for a drink carrier and two stoppers to which I was snapped at «we don’t have any!» by Larry. Decent experience until that happened. I’ll go out of my way next time and make the longer trip to the Green Valley location.

Its located in a good area, and the patio area is right on eastern, which has a small fountain. The quality of food and coffee is same as their other stores, how ever there are a lot of kids handing out at this location, so it could get loud. There was a family eating little caesars pizza and it seemed like they had been their for a while taking shelter in the store.
Overall, its a good location if you want to do a quick stop for a coffee and a snack. If you want to eat at the restaurant than go to Panera Breads. Better quality food and drinks.

It’s a starbucks, They’re not at all that different from one another.
Sunday mornings are crazy, and this one wasn’t anything out of the ordinary from the ones back home. Though I did try a new flavour Cinnamon Dulce latte YUM!
Yuppies abound, and while this is a corporate store, there is a franchise one across the parking lot in the grocery store. YAY FREE ENTERPRISE! Color me amused.

The good thing about this location is that there’s tons of SHADED outdoor seating. Also, there is a fountain. This is important because it makes you feel that you’re some place fancy, rather than in a parking lot, drinking a $ 9 ice cream coffee drink. It’s a touch of class.
That said, inside, like all Starbucks, there’s no empty seats because of all the people working on their memoirs or whatever, nursing a tall black coffee for hours.
The service is usually really prompt. The only problem is that because they’re at a super busy intersection, they tend to run out of ingredients for drinks. :’-(

I’ve been to this Starbucks once before and I find it to be a good option when I’m in the area. What could have been better than stop here and get my four shot espresso on ice after a 6.5 mile hike?
The barista was working as fast as he could and the counter clerk was trying hard, but things got backed up because a member of the cast of the «Real Housewives of Henderson» (if there was such a show) was in front of me ordering 4 drinks and several sandwiches. Since she didn’t listen to what was explained to her, she had to ask again. That was the one detriment to my visit today. I wish I could have booted her off the island. I know, mixed metaphor.
