I have been to this AT&T location on two separate occasions(months in between), and experienced such poor customer service both times! The first time, I came in already knowing very well what I wanted — a new 64GB iPhone in gold. There were two representatives with customers, yet none of them bothered to greet other incoming customers with a simple«hello» or even«we’ll be right with you», as if no one else mattered because they were momentarily occupied. Even with so much buying power and no brainer as to what I needed, I walked out after standing there for 30 min feeling like a ghost. Same thing the second time around. I was holding a phone case that would only take sixty seconds to ring up. I stood there in front of the counter for 30 min. No «hello», not even a single glance. Both representatives were taking their sweet time with customers, lazily socializing, not making an effort to efficiently serve all customers. Walked out again. Products provided are nothing without the simple service standards. The people who work here need to practice acknowledging humans with 1) eye-contact, 2) smile, and 3) greeting. Sheesh! Trust me, you will begin to like your job if you add the effort and value to it. There are plenty of AT&T locations in Las Vegas, so do not go to this one if you value your time and decent service.
