I will always come here for my cell phone needs because their customer service is far superior to that of my carrier. I was there several times over the holidays and Courtney, Nick & Meagan worked really hard to take care of the 5 phones on my plan and even got me a better deal. They’ve always been very helpful and friendly to me.

I was accused of having a counterfeit bill. I’ve been dealing with counterfeits for 27 years, so I can say I am relatively qualified to know the differences. That being said, my complaint isn’t about that. I certainly understand asset management. My concern is how the staff treated the situation. First of all, the bill was an older bill, before the band and the watermark features. The young staff should question it. But they called over Jordan Egeland, the Computer Supervisor who ignored me as he walked by me twice. He went into the room behind the cashier and came out treating me as a criminal, instead of simply saying that we are unable to accept this bill, and asking if I had an alternative. The bill had no counterfeit pen mark(which doesn’t always work, due to some years when the government tried different paper). This means they went by their feelings, only. I simply gave them a new bill, went to Chase Bank and asked them to check the bill for its validity. She checked the bill, laughed and said of course it was good and replaced it with a current bill. A good idea would be to train your staff on what they are willing to accept, purchase a counterfeit tester(or a least a pen) and above all treat the customer with more appreciation. You can still say no without trying to «win» a discussion with a customer. His«win» now makes it a «loss». Unfortunately, several of my staff and friends told me similar customer service issues within this particular store, and are going to other locations or competitors. I hope management can fix this crack in their system.

This is a small mobile place located inside the Galleria Mall. I have never had a need to come here since the large store is just a few streets away. However, I did come here on Sunday. a. Location — 3 Star — Not bad if you want to deal with mall parking and then navigating your way to the location. It is conveniently located outside the Food Court and the Dick’s Sporting Goods area on the second floor. b. Service — 3 Star — I had a pre-ordered shipment there just to pick up as they did not have the item I wanted at the large store on Marks Street. When I got there, two people were waiting, one of which was being helped. No hello, no recognition that you just entered in. I find that to be important and they should say, hi, will be with you, or it will be 10 minutes, or another associate will be here in 5 minutes. Anything to manage your expectations. That being said, once I was finally recognized, the help was more than adequate. c. Pricing — 3 Star — I find the prices here to be same as everywhere else. Not bad, not good. Not sure why anyone would want to buy a mobile device here instead of with the actual dealer directly. However maybe it is for the Reward Zone pricing? Overall, I say that the need for me to go to this store is limited, the service was average, the selection for mobile was great, however, not enticing enough to make me want to come back. If you do need a phone and in the area, I would say, I prefer to buy from Best Buy than the«other guys» in the mall, however, if you look at the«other guys», their marketing is top notch, service is high and they are very eager to please.
