The restaurant was truly terrible(read Lisa’s review). However, it is now closed and a new restaurant, completely unrelated to Joseph’s, is in that location.

I hear this is a cursed location for a restaurant. Same building as Doc Holliday’s. Truly awful. Menu is very limited and pricey. We ordered, only afterwards asked what drinks we want and then if those with entrees want soup or salad. We are the only party for awhile, and waitress gives us garlic bread. Some time later she brings out this bacon stuffed mushroom appetizer we did not order. She said her husband the chef wants us to try it. Kind gesture, but none of us eat pork. So they sit there awhile. Fast forward 30 – 40 minutes. She takes them away. We all keep asking for refills and silverware. She yells across the restaurant, «It’s just my husband the chef and me the waitress okay, you have to understand!» — I don’t need excuses. This food is taking forever and if you cannot cook and provide good service, don’t open a restaurant! The food finally comes an hour after we ordered it, two dishes at a time(group of 7). My poached salmon looks nice. Salad is just some iceberg with quartered tomato wedges and some kalamata olives. There was some guk on my lettuce that looked like vaseline. I moved a hunk of it to the edge of the plate. I ended up just eating garlic bread for dinner. We split the check — she cannot remember whose card has what amount. I told her a solid even number to put on my card, and we already divided by tax and tip. She TAXED me on my meal, tax and tip! I gave up and left. Total rip-off, bad food and service. NEVER again, and this will not make it!
