Recently visited this Goodwill on Monday, when all clothes were 50% for VIP members. The place was absolutely chaotic with how many people were there — despite the fact it was 1 pm on a Monday. The staff was very efficient, though, and seemed to have their areas down pat. One person was manning the fitting room, a handful were cleaning up the racks, and three were manning the cash registers. The only downside was that their system crashed at one point and they could only accept cash, although I imagine that was from the sheer volume of how many people were checking out. Overall, the staff’s attentiveness made my shopping experience a lot better, and easier! I found a lot of good pieces at reasonable prices(I got 4 clothing items at $ 10 in total) and will definitely go back for more!

Overpriced items and no returns or exchanges allowed except on electronics. I also once saw a half lube for sale there! Yuck! That cannot be sanitary to sell used lube! I found some cool wall art there for $ 14.99 each! I also found some bowls for like $ 15 – 20 each! I went to Ross and found similar pieces for the same price! And at Ross the items are new and you can return them if you end up not liking your purchases. Goodwill is not a retail store, it is a thrift store, we’ll nothing thrifty about goodwill anymore. Savers has better prices and their stores are much more organized. VERYDISAPPOINTEDINGOODWILL!

Great new Goodwill store. Very clean and organized. Check out the daily specials that are posted when you come in the store. Save your Goodwill and Albertson’s receipts for additional savings. Senior half price day is Wednesday. A great place to buy what you need and save money.

I have to say, this goodwill is the best and cleanest I’ve seen. I just moved here and went in to donate some items and was surprised at how nice it was. Staff was super friendly, and they had a large variety of items. I even shopped around a bit. Definitely recommend this store for donating or buying.

Store is small and crowded. Prices are okay, however I bought a CD for my son only to find out at home that it wasn’t in the package. I called to ask them about a refund and all the nameless person said was«People steal them all the time» and that I would have to talk to a manager. Needless to say I prefer other locations and will NOT be back to this one!

The prime lot on the corner of Stephanie and American Pacific was graded and a new Goodwill store was built from the ground up. The place is much nicer than their original location for sure. Much more convenient to drop off your donations too! THEGOOD –Drive Thru Donation Drop Off– Drive up to doors on the far left side of building, pop open your trunk and the employees will take your donations and give you receipt. Easier access from the entrance off American Pacific and drive around backside of store. They’ll also ask if you want a voucher for tax purposes. –In the area where they sell electronics, there are outlets so you can test out the product before you purchase. –retail hours, open til 9pm is good in my book. –7 day return policy on electronics with receipt WHAT’S IFFY –Pricing inconsistent– I don’t know how they determine prices on merchandise, but $ 12 for a Target brand candle set is overpriced even if the packaging was brand new with price tags! –inside of store though reeks of old musty shoes already! It’s somewhat organized, but I wasn’t going to waste my time figuring out where size 5 shoes are. –they don’t take time to clean up the merchandise, well at least not the housewares and electronics. alot of stuff had dust, dirt and who knows what on them. No complaints on the help here. The guys are always quick unload my donations and offer to carry out bulky items to my car. Cashiers are cool. It’s super busy but the lines move pretty quickly. –Latest Score– Kate Spade handbag $ 5 30 inch desktop monitor with adapter $ 20 You know how idiom quote goes«One Man’s Junk, Another Man’s Treasure.» The good points outweigh the bad ones for me. Doesn’t hurt to come check this place out. Besides it’s a great way to kill time if you are waiting for your number to come up at DMV across the way!

Goodwill is awesome! It’s spring cleaning time and this is the perfect place to get rid of all the knick knacks, clothing, toys, dishes, appliances, etc that you SWEAR you’re gonna use«one day». I’ve donated thousands of dollars worth of stuff throughout the years and its proven a wonderful tax write off. When people come to my home, the first thing they say is «THISLOOKSLIKE A MODELHOME, YOUHAVESOMUCHSPACEANDNOTHINGISSITTINGOUT!» The reason for that is I HATECLUTTER! If I’m not using it, it needs to go. Also, it’s difficult NOT to bring stuff back from Goodwill. It’s easy to drop off then be tempted to buy something else you most likely don’t need. I’m glad to see this store has expanded their square footage. It keeps me motivated to keep donating and de-cluttering!
