Without a doubt, DUNKINDONUTS has the best fresh hot coffee. We love their bagels sandwich breakfast. Go through the drive the through window, bring it home and VOILA!!! Instant gratification

Every time i come to this location, there’s a crazy long line in the drive-thru. Surprisingly, it never takes me too long to actually get through the line. They are really on their game here, which is refreshing when I just want to pick up some donuts for the office. The inside is a little small and the drive-thru can be a bit weird to get into — there’s a driveway you can come in right next to Dunkin’ Donuts and then you turn right and the drive-thru is immediately to your right. Can’t go wrong with munchkins, and their coffees with flavored syrups are a nice(read: cheap) break from Starbucks.

I’ve spent a lot(well, some) time in Dunkin in PA, so I had a pretty good idea of what’s on offer — certainly it’s limited for vegan options. I ordered an almond mocha, and coughed up the vegan tax — c’mon! — an extra 50 cents for almond milk? Really? The kid behind the counter had a lame response when questioned on the matter. Also ordered the hash browns, but they’re different to the East Coast ones, and I won’t bother again. Blah.

If you’re looking for donuts, go somewhere else. No selection, idiot employees, gave me the last of the pot of coffee and it tasted like chicken noodle soup. I won’t be back. Pink Box is right up the street.

Why can’t this DD store be consistent with their coffee!!! When it’s old throw it out and make a fresh pot, no matter what time it is. And TRY harder to put the correct amount of sugar and cream that people ask to be put in it. Gees that’s all you have to do… coffee and donuts and my order is never right! Sooo we either have very disgruntled employees, the I don’t give a crap attitude, the I am miserable attitude or just plain dumb. Got to get it right ALL the time because there is too much competition around you and more coming. For what you charge for a cup of coffee it should be fresh and right every time. Heck McDonald’s gets it right all the time and charges a quarter of the price

This Dunkin donuts is so friendly yet always busy but they always remember me and I really enjoy coming by every day twice a day and that’s the truth I recommend them. Five star service every single time.

I was excited when this place opened a while back. However, THIS store needs to get their act together. Franchise or not the employees need to learn how to read an order. This store runs out of everything early. Bagels, donuts and muffins. Either shorthanded or too many employees behind the counter. Everyone on staff just has a blah attitude. Way too much sugar and cream when they make your coffee and when you correct them it’s a huff and puff thing. I like COFFEE with my cream and sugar. Everything is microwaved and tastes like plastic… honor your senior citizens when they present an AARP card and don’t chastise them. Drive thru is a joke. Not worth going to. Make the trip to Starbucks instead.

worst DD ever. review based on donuts and coffee only. no clue what the inside looks like, cleanliness, staff, etc… one thing about big name chains is that you expect consistency. donut was dry and not fresh. coffee was HORRIBLE — tasted watered down and slightly burnt. kinda like they only had a little bit of coffee(that’s been sitting on the burner) left and decided to stretch it just for me. not sure what’s going on at this location but something needs to be done with the coffee and freshness of their products.

I love DD! They have one employee who works in the mornings who is awesome! He is very polite and quick. He normally works the drive thru. Unfortunately, I notice when he is not there because some of the other staff aren’t up to his par(slow, not understanding orders in drive thru) but overall, I like it.

I went in on a Sunday at 1000. There were 3 employees WORKINGHARD! It was busy. When I asked for chocolate frosted sprinkled(for my sons birthday) they didn’t have any but gladly offered to make me some right then. As busy as they were, they still VOLUNTEERED to take time to make me something special. Big corporation with«mom and pop» service.

Almost no doughnuts, no variety, taste was meh… Would rather make a peanut butter sandwich at home. But the guy at the counter was pretty cool. Really doubt I’ll be back.

I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu only cause I guess you can say I only order starbucks. Ha! But iced coffeee was okay. Sweeter than I’d like but I’m sure I can adjust it. Felt like there was more creamer than coffee. I also ordered a cronut which was actually really good! Hard to find places that carry that infamous cronut. Overall it was okay. Wouldn’t be my first choice for coffeee.

I went to the drive-thru for a coffee and decided to get some donuts as well. They didn’t have a menu posted, but I saw they had 5 munchkins for $ 1.40…I was told they sold out of munchkins. Okay, I’ll have two glazed donuts. They were out of those, too. I asked what DID they have? I made him read the whole list to me, and ended up getting two chocolate glazed donuts with sprinkles. I haven’t been impressed with any of the DD locations here in town, but I do enjoy their coffee.

I was trying to avoid Starbucks because in NY all we drink is dunkin. Told drive thru to give me a min an instead I get 10 mins of me trying to get their attention. They were busy but I fucking hate waiting.

Avoid this place in the morning, very long wait, it doesn’t matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. They also messed up our order at the drive thru and forgot a doughnut. The facility is not equipped, nor staff properly trained to handle the morning rush.

I love DD but this one has the worst employees. I mean, how does a donut shop crush your donut and have it smear all over the inside and outside of the bag? This has never happened to me at any other DD or donut shop for that matter. Maybe if they didn’t know how to carefully place a frosted donut into a paper bag, then they should use small boxes or containers instead. It was almost a turn off to see the guy struggling to place the donut in the bag and then still hand it to me with the frosting smeared everywhere. It was so bad I had to clean the outside of the bag before I brought it to my car. At least my iced coffee was still good because the same person made it. Still love DD, but would steer clear of this location!

This was a quick stop to pick up some K Cups. We love their coffee. It’s especially nice to make it at home. Since the K Cups were on sale, why not pick more up? It was later in the evening and I think the guy who was working had a bad day. I had asked him a few questions with a short and rude response. I’m thinking, «Sorry, didn’t mean to bother you at your job». We’ve all had those days but he was old enough to keep it professional to customers. Other than that, the ordering area and tables were clean and tidy. I’ll probably stop back in if I need something but this location is just ok.

There seems to be a common theme at this location based on other reviews. While I was there the crew was very lackadaisical. Just slacking around behind the counter. I decided to eat my coffee roll there. I wanted the classic glazed donuts but they were all out. One customer asked the sheepish looking guy behind the cash register, «Are you kidding me?» That’s like a pizza place being out of pizza or a chicken place being out of chicken.” I sat down at the one table that didn’t have crumbs all over it. While I was there, coffee roll was pretty good BTW, a guy walked in that seemed to be either a manager or owner. He walked in with a purpose and as soon as he got behind the counter he started barking out orders. «Go clean those tables out front». Then he got busy with the other crew members and all of a sudden there was a lot more activity in the back. This slouched over worker, with a damp cloth of some kind crumbled in his hand, comes out front where the tables are and halfheartedly starts brushing crumbs onto the floor and seats. I’m watching him thinking, you’re kidding, right? He doesn’t even have the damp cloth laid out flat so he’s making these wet wavy streaks while missing some spots. And now, crumbs are on the chairs and floor. Then he leaves. So, that’s about it. Let’s see, it’s a smaller location. Kind of narrow inside, but enough seating room right inside the door. It does have a drive-thru. The coffee was hot and tasty.

Personally, I prefer DD over StarYucks. If you’ve been to one DD, you’ve pretty much been to all. Standard DD fare. Good coffee, lots of breakfast options. I had the egg white sandwich with a medium coffee. I added a shot of hazelnut and it was delicious. They have sour cream donuts which are amazing, I shoulda got one!
