A couple of the HOA’s my company manages have recently started using CPSWest overnight video monitoring and both communities couldn’t be happier with the service.
Two words: «Talk down». Their best feature! They have a microphone on property that can talk to anyone they see on camera. I’ll tell you what, I don’t have people hanging in the pool area after hours anymore. :)
On top of that, the customer service is just great. If I ever need footage from my sites, I get it in an email within 24 hours. Can’t beat it!
