I tried to order a hat on 08/​25/​2014 from Erma which she was helpful but Leopoldo didn’t seem to be, then on the 5^th of September I stopped at there store at 9:30 am nobody there and five or six boxes of merchandise outside so I called his cell to let him know and I stayed there to make sure they weren’t stolen on my own accord then gave them a few minutes to check boxes and get the store open and when I came back he seemed helpful and promised my Hat would be ready the following Friday, so here it is Friday, I call at 10;45 and He was going to check and call me back so at 1;00 I still hadn’t heard from him and so I called and I’m told of some $ 10,000 order and if my Hat was ready next week He would call and I was reminding him of our prior conversation and was cutoff (on hold or hung up on) and after calling back got more attitude and asked again about the «if» my hat was ready next week I would get a phone call and so I inquired whether or not I should take my business elsewhere I was told yes and was hung up on

Amazing business! I’ve never had a problem with the owners! & if you have, well you probably deserved it. The owners are old school Henderson & I love that! Family run businesses are the best. Come here for all of your sports & uniform needs.

It’s hit or miss with this company… but mostly miss! I have had a hard time getting the sizes I’ve ordered & they don’t seem to want to remedy any situation when it’s their fault.

I have been going to Basic Sports for football equipment and uniforms. Never have had a problem with an order and the staff is very friendly. They have worked with my son to find a helmet that doesn’t hurt him.
Will go back!!!

Did a lot of business with this company decided to have an order done somewhere else asked for the artwork that I paid for been getting the runaround for a week now wasn’t thrilled with the product that I got originally but the people were nice and planned on doing future business with them based on the hassles and trying to get my own property back from them May have to rethink that
Will update good or bad.
Finally got my artwork after owner talking all kinds of crap to my partner about me because I’d ask for a price and didn’t move forward with an order guys a jerk don’t recommend doing business with them

Super friendly Mom and pop style athletic store. This is the go to spot for all your jersey orders and small essentials. A lot of coaches that I know have been telling me about this place for years. They were friendly and welcoming even though i arrived just as they were closing. They still assisted and that means a lot.
They have the small swag that all the cool kids love but they also carry the major necessities for pretty much every sport. Ill be back for sure.
