STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY IE RENTAL HOMES! These people are Mexican slumlords at their worst! Management completely sucks beyond any normal comparison. If something breaks in your apartment it will never get fixed and u better hope it isn’t your AC. There are roaches, spiders and other bugs like I’ve never seen before. They come out of the drains it’s completely disgusting. I’ve had people try to break into my apt while I’m sleeping, my car was robbed and vandalized and it’s just a really bad place to live. Trust me. stay away from this place, or any place owned by IE rental homes. Horrible!

(951)787−1700 and the Dept of Real Estate (213)620−2072. Just because your clientele may be low income and unaware of their rights does not mean they have none. The owner needs to fire their property management co ASAP. Since the man told me he was the parent co, he needs to consult CA law before doing further business. The property is owned by Lstart whispering pines holding company LLC c/​o Hudson americas llc. 2711 N. Haskell Ave Ste 1800 Dallas TX 75 204. The deed lists Whispering Pines’ address as 245 S. Yale Helmet CA 92 544. That is the address First American can use to look up the deed and find property ownership. PUBLIC INFORMATION IS FREE. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. DO NOT BE BULLIED BY UNPROFRESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGERS. They are paid by the owners, so really by your rent. Hold them accountable. They told me the leases on file «didn’t count» since a new company took over. Per the Fair Housing Authority that is a bold faced LIE the are telling. Do not let them trick you. Your lease is your legal agreement. Shame on people for making a living off of other’s lack of knowledge.

please please please… do not move here!!! these are by far the worst apartments i have ever lived in!!! they are filled with a bunch of ghetto people who stand outside day & night, smoking weed, fighting & cussing!!! my car has been broken into twice & my apartment once!!! the apartment themselves are so old and raggedy!!! & very poorly made!!! huge cock roaches & water bugs invade your apartment a couple of months after you move in!!! they come from the sinks & air vents… anyway they can get in!!! you hear every single movement from the apartment above you!!! yopu have to clean the toilets every 3 days, if not they turn brown & black!!! its so disgusting here!!! if half the ghetto people were gone and the maintenance of the apartments were kept up more… meaning no insects, nor molding showers/toilets…this would be a somewhat better place to live… unfortunately itll never be like that so steer clear!!! do not move here… i repeat… do not move here!!! this place is horrible if i could give it a negative 5 rating i would!!!
