Me and Sonic have this love/hate thing going. Awhile ago I came to Sonic for their soft serve and it was icy! I was so pissed off, I stopped going for a long time. Just recently, I came back and ordered their soft serve again, no ice. It’s been good ever since, I think they just had an off day or something, I’m not sure. We’re good now, just keep it smooth and creamy and we’ll be alright.

Ughhhh I love sonic but this one just keeps getting worse and worse Never ever get hot fries always have to send em back after waiting 15 min for the food! And now the crispy chicken sandwich on chibatta has been horrible! Chicken full of fat and griddle and hard to chew! Come on sonic step it up! Getting tired of complaining to you guys!

Food sucked and I could hear a worker inside the drive thru window say you can say«you can say bitch but you can’t say nigga» I found this very rude. Say that kinda stuff where customers can’t here you. Might not have wrote this review but the food sucked too. I went at 10:45am on Tuesday 4÷12÷16

***WORST Sonics ever!*** This is my first time leaving any type of review. I just had to share my horrible experience at this specific location! Ordered some food, drinks and a shake. Got the food/drinks within 10 min except the shake. Finished all the food. Waited for shake… and nothing. Saw the female who had brought out the food, which had now started to sweep outside. Still waiting for my shake… the place only had 1 other car so they weren’t busy. Finally saw some other male employee bring out food to the other car and I asked him for my shake and he said, «oh they probably forgot». He went back inside(I assumed he was gonna come out with my drink) and nothing. At this point I had waited over 30 min for my fuckin shake which I had paid for already. Male came out again without my shake and I told him I still had not gotten my shake… now he goes back inside. Finally about 45 min later from the time I ordered, here comes the female and male with my shake which they had«upgraded» to large. I asked the female why it had taken forever for my shake and she had the nerve to say that WEHADLEFT! I told her we waited the whole time and we never left and she said that she had seen us leave… LIES!!! If that were the case, why did they upgrade my drink to a larger size? Bottom line, this place is horrible, non trained youngsters who have zero customer service skills. Will never return to this shiTty Sonics operated by shitty rude, lying employees!

13 minutest thats right 13 minutes to get my food!!! First in line at the drive thru. This place has very few customers here and it takes this long to make a couple Hot Dogs and some tots. And to top it off my order was incorrect! Management needs to step up and either clean house or Do some training! Trust me this place needs help!!!

Ice cream is great ! But the service is really slow they need to train there people to be faster, and the fact when they take ur debt card or credit card they hold it until your order is finished so for me it gave them 2 stars just because the ice cream is good

I usually come for drinks. The food at this location is generally unimpressive.(I gave up trying the pretzel dog buns when they came out because they were out EVERY time I was there for 2 months!) We stopped in because we were hungry and close a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. It was nothing bit choas. The staff had bad attitudes– I heard one person threatening to quit if the other said another word to her, the food orders were wrong for every vehicle around us. The car next to us sent their shakes back because they weren’t even the right flavor only to have the same shakes brought back out with different toppings on them 5 minutes later so they had to speak to a manager. The car hop that brought my friend’s order in the next car over realized his order was wrong before he handed it to him. But still somehow managed to short him some food with the corrected order and this wasn’t discovered until he was already home. I’ve ordered Nerds slushies that have no Nerds. I mean c’mon Sonic peeps! That’s not even trying!

I go here at least 2 – 3 times per week and order slushies for the kids after school. EVERY single time I have at least one slush with NO syrup!!! So frustrating to have to be THAT customer to send stuff back for redo!

Went through drive through and ordered hotdog with mustard and sauerkraut and a chocolate mint shake. Main ingredient on hotdog was mustard. I think there was a hotdog in there some place. Shake was a chocolate chip shake. Went back and had shake remade. This time they are out of milk. They give me shake and a spoon and say sorry it’s thick. It was basically a cup of ice cream. Back again to get money back and only excuse is well were busy no apology or anything. My last time there

It was my first time going to this particular sonic. I can see they were busy during happy hour but my gosh were they slow! I’ve been to many Sonics during happy hour and it never took this long. I ordered the Cherry Limeade and it took forever just getting this item. plus the taste of it was off. too much lime to the point it made me pucker up. Blech. They’re friendly there but just a bit off when it comes to speed and taste. Not sure if I’d like to come back to this one.

The food is mediocre at best. If it tasted as good as how much they charge it should be off the charts. Don’t get sucked in by the half price hamburger rouse either it’s $ 2.00 on half price day but that should be the everyday price given its size. If you get that then you pay ala carte on anything additional which turns out to be a whopping $ 0.02 cents cheaper than a combo.

I have been here at least three times. They are very slow and honestly their food is nasty. It’s always very dry, buns are hard and put together like they just didn’t care. They ALWAYS mess up on something when I go, so if I could give them no stars I would. Hemet Sonic is Horrible.

Traveled all the way from Moreno Valley because this is the closest one to me. We purchased two drinks the girl said were only going to charge you for one, I thought she was just being kind but what really happened is she messed one up she just forgot to mention that part. It was still good I would have been much happier if I knew that though. 8⁄19 around 7pm

Cool lil Resturant the food is ok it’s pretty commercial but the reason we come is for the slushes there my kids fave!!! To bad there’s only a few so we only come wean we are around the area. The fact that they still wear roller skates is cool

Not too many people here at lunchtime and I ordered the new croissant dog bacon double cheddar took about 12 minutes for order to be delivered and it was extremely cold. Sorry Sonic. The Customer service is good, they prepared me another. Doesn’t really taste like croissant bread.

This sonic sucks! They should open a new one in east hemet. They need to get rid of all the staff and managers and get all new because they all suck. Our servers name was(Isabelle)she was sooo rude and had a horrible attitude was not helpful at all. They mess up so much and have false advertisments. We went lastnight for the half off shakes they said it would be a 30 minute wait. It was 1 hour! They said they were out of small and medium size cups so our only option was to get a mini or large shake! They were out of mozzerella sticks and there slushy machine was broken. So many people wanted slushies they had to keep telling everyone what they were out of and what was broken and not available. Can you say. unprepared! Bad service. Bad managing of the place. they are so rude and dont care that they take forever and dont have everything that they say they have on the menu. Its messed up. There were many other customers waiting too and we were all very upset. And they all had the i dont care attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager wouldnt come out to talk to me. i had to wait forever for that and manager, never came. Our chili fries were also undercooked wet greasy soft not even crispy fries. Gross! And didnt even give us a fork for them. Ughh they suck. Dont waste your time and money on this place!!! Big mistake.

We came here late at night, ordered & were then told it was to late already after we to go to drive through. The drive through was horrible, they took FOREVER to hand us our food, & they forgot items. I won’t be coming here at night ever again. Customer service here SUCKS

Same olé food which I like. That’s why I stop. This review is service related. Stop talking over me when I am trying to order. Do not assume I want it how you have it listed. Ask me «How would you like that burger?“or «What would you like on that burger?» Instead of jumping ahead of me as I take a breath to finish. Don’t tell me «Oh we don’t make it that way.» because when I ask for it that way, you do. Slow down and ask a few questions if you hear silence for more than 2 seconds. A millisecond of silence is not your cue to ask about the next item. I wasn’t finished with the first one. This happens to me at many fast food places, not just Sonic. Still waiting for the food as I type. Let’s see if it has to go back. Usually if it takes this much effort to order, it’s wrong. 9 minutes and counting. 11… 13… 15 And it’s wrong Tots. Cold. Back it goes. Waiting. 4 minutes. Asking for the MOD. the kid on the orders needs training. He don’t think he knows what an MOD is yet. 6… Its here and so is the MOD. She is great. Very accommodating and we had a nice conversation about his training and waiting for the customer. She was happy for the calm feedback. I get it. Fast food isn’t rocket science but it requires people skills. She has them. They made it right so I’m modifying my 2 stars to a 3.

In the middle of nowhere and I was grumpy and hungry… At the time, Sonic sounded good for TTs(tater tots) and a slushy. We did the drive thru option as we didn’t want to sit in the car in the sweltering heat. Being the lightweight that I am, I opted for the jr. cheeseburger kids meal($ 4). I chose the taters and cherry slushy with my meal. Extra star for options! I felt like the burger was all bread and that the TTs had been sitting out. The slushy isn’t how I remembered it the first time I had it, unfortunately. This fast food option is «different» with a roller skating person bringing out your order and that you dine in your vehicle. Worth to check out once. Note: Bathrooms are super cold. Although felt good, esp since it was so hot!!!
