We got an appt, 3 months ago. The patient was sick. Shecwas an hourclate. hey made her chart. I think that the reviews cthat are not rated, are the mostcaccurate. We were treated rudely, told the doctor didn’t have time to see her still next month. 4 months to see a doctor? Blue Sheild PPO not good enough. One staff person told us to call daily, to fill in the re-​scheduling people. We did this once, and they said no. Then they called us back and said that the Doctor said we should find another doctor. We never saw the doctor, the staff is THAT BAD! I swear most doctors in Hemet have bad staffs, but this staff, THREW US OUT. Without even seeing her, she was rejected. Maybe we are lucky, huh? I’m thankful we are away from there. People say he runs late and they throw us out? Because my daughter needed a doctor. Btw, the unrated review of the guy with the tumor, I believe it. I’ve had one of those. I had to go to Tampa to get it out. A 13 minute sugery, many doctors in Hemet are «burnt out.» The staff was the worst I ever saw. They got us thrown out! His reviews were so good, we were sure we found heaven Oh, after we arrived late another new person arrived late without her paperwork, and they let her right in! omg, a bad staff did us a favor. He’s got zero empathy, and lied when he took the Hippacrattic Oath. Make the care of your patients your first concern? He doesn’t and doesn’t want new patients, he takes 3 day weekends, too.

I have seen Dr. M for awhile and I must say he is GREAT! He is very effective with his work!

I cannot believe the negative things you people say. We moved here from Moreno Valley and our previous Dr had five different P.A.‘s. Each time we went we got a new one .No one ever new us. When my husband and I went to Dr. Mckinzie he did complete and through exams on both of us. We always see him on every visit. He is the best Dr. we ever had. We will never change Dr.‘s.

I only put 1 star cause they don’t have a zero option!!!
Let me just say I LOVE THIS DR!!! But they no longer take debit/​credit transactions so if you have a FSA through your work you can’t use it for co-​pays or services that aren’t covered. Obviously I have a FSA account and will now need a new Dr. THIS SUCKS!!!
