Went in today to buy a dozen tamales after phone and being told they have them. Got there was told it would a 25 minute wait for warm tamales which was fine but when I got them home there was hardly any pork in them and little red chili sauce. I would call them cooked masa but a real stretch to call them tamales. Very disappointed.

I actually went to another business nearby, but I could smell the food cooking and it smelled so good, I had to go inside. It’s a small grocery store with a bakery and butcher shop. I bought some of the Mexican bread, the pan dulce? Anyway, they were fresh and sweet. MUCH better than what you find at the other grocery stores. We went to the back of the store where they have a dinning area. We ordered carnitas tacos. They were so good! We’ll be back. Thank you.

Done before I even went there . Called ahead and asked the lady if they sell marinated pollo and carne by the pound and instead of just saying yes or no I was asked to hold . Idiot

Excellent fresh tortillas and fresh chips if you get here before they are gone. The produce is very good and very CHEAP. Meats and other things can be a bit pricey. Overall, for produce and tortillas, fantastic!

Great place. Love the food. My favorite place to pick up fresh tortillas. We have been shopping here since they open. They also have a great bakery.

Since the first time I tried their conchas a Mexican bread I have never had any like theirs, soft and fresh. We go there to get our carnitas all the time. Best market in hemet I would have to say

One of my favorite markets in town were you can find very good tacos, tortas you named. And the fresh bread. Love it «OZ» :-)

I had not found a local place since I moved to Hemet that sold carnitas by the pound. A friend told me about Los Altos Market and what a surprise. Outstanding carnitas, came with onions and cilantro and choices of sauces. What was unbelievable was the price. I couldn’t believe it was that good a deal. Believe me if you are looking for carnitas by the pound you can’t go wrong here. I am going back to try some of the other meats they have by the pound. Also a very authentic Mexican market.

Love, Love, Love this market! Very traditional and authentic Mexican products plus a little taco shop plus a panaderia and tortillerilla! always reminds me of home when I come back after a couple weeks of college dorm food. Best part is the Bionicos(MX. fruit cocktail) and Fresas con crema, as well as handmade smoothies and juices. You also cant go wrong with the huge juicy tacos and tortas and pretty much everything! One thing is for sure, you will not be disappointed!

Coming from east LA I have high expectations when it comes to tacos and burritos. This place does it right. I am partial to the location at the east end of Florida ave. The kitchen is always clean as is the entire market. I reccomend the all meat burrito, I actually was in picking up a burrito recently and a customer was there complaining… his burrito was too big. that was a first for me. never seen a burrito that was too biggest. so not only can you pick up lunch but they also have an amazing meat counter… next time you are in Valle Vista area stop in you wont be disapointed.
