Great place to tan with various tanning packages. They keep the place clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve come in a few times and first the issue was under trained staff who knew little to nothing about the beds and packages now my issues are the place is severely understaffed 1 person working whenever I come in… if you can call being rude and talking on your cell working

Service is always friendly over the years I’ve been coming, however it appears a bit run down lately

Being that itan is the only tanning salon on the west end of town, I come here during the summertime practically ever year, but it’s definitely not for the customer service because for the most part, they’re lacking terribly at this location. A couple of the girls are very friendly but the ones that have been there longer are pretty rude.

Really bad customer service. It’s pretty awkward when you walk in (for the 3^rd day in a row) and the staff just glances at you but says nothing… Other itans are amazing. This is the only location I’ve had bad service with. Sucks it’s so conveniently close to my work. Id rather tan at Winchester.

I had an issue with Itan for awhile… I put my husband’s debit card on file for the Itan Membership… they debit each month on the 1^st. I went in and put my Account on Hold which Freezes my account n the blond girl at the front desk told me I can freeze my account up to 12 months no problem .but my account will be debited $ 5 each month Frozen. I said ok that’s great!!! I signed a Form to freeze it BUT NEVER put a Month I was starting back up… but did vocalize to the desk girl 2 months because I was going on Business Trips n wasn’t sure when I could tan. I Froze it in FEB… never went in MAR… then a few days into APR… my husband is looking at his bank account statements n it shows MAR N APR they took $$$ out!!! I never step foot in the ITAN because it was FROZEN… I went into the Itan a few days into APR… n they told me I SIGNED the form to start back up in 1 Month.(MAR)!!! NOPE I NEVER SIGNED FOR THAT OR SPOKE that to the desk girl!!! They took that $ out for MAR… they then Credited back $ into my husband’s account.(for MAR).BUT NOW they want their $ back !!! Their Employees made a BIG MISTAKE… n WONT admit to it. Very BAD Customer Service. And CORPORATE NEVER CALLS YOU BACK!!! BUNCH OF CRAP… and refuse to let me see the form I SIGNED… (BECAUSE it Shows they’re WRONG)

Great Customer Service!!! The girls are always very friendly, I just wish they had more services to offer. I always get in a bed in a timely manner and they are always clean. I usually drive to Winchester where they have more services. But it is a a great place to go if you need to get brush up on your Tan. (spray or Bed) —

Up until June I believe, they have this pretty awesome newcomer package– you get a free service from each category (sun, spray, and spa)! Unfortunately, at the time I started my trial, which is valid within a week of initiation, I was 17 which meant I was only legally allowed to get a spray tan. But my mom did it too and she enjoyed all she was able. She got a free body wrap (valued at $ 90), spray tan and tanning bed session. The package is pretty cool because there’s no commitments to membership or anything. Also, on my 18^th birthday, they sent me a free voucher for a level 5 tanning session OR a mystic tan! Although membership can get pretty pricey, they’re always having deals going on (i.e., Mystic Mondays where all Mystic spray tans are only $ 10 on Mondays). I actually really love this place, and the ladies behind the counter are awesome. Jessica is really sweet and informative, and Ali/​Ally is really helpful. I’ll be going back in VERY soon to try all the 18+ perks!

You get what you pay for! They are expensive, but they have the good beds they have lots of them and for the most part they are pretty good about cleaning and customer service. However if you do mystic tanning bring an old pair or socks or flip flops because the floors are so covered with tanner that your feet will get orange! Lesson learned here!

Terrible service waited an hour w no one there for the worst service I have ever had! I spray tan weekly in SF and tried it here visiting and will never come again. Do not go here! BEWARE!
Will be making formal complaint with management!

Expensive monthly memberships (ranging from $ 40 to $ 100 a month I think), but I don’t mind that so much since they keep the place clean for their customers and offer multiple tanning levels. They require an initiation fee in what I consider a shady way to keep their customers since they offer a monthly freeze for $ 5.00. So they can retain all of their customers and continue to get more money for those that are taking a tanning break. Not a good move, iTan.
What I *do* mind are sales representatives who try to sell me $ 100.00 bottles of tanning lotions nearly each visit. Tip for consumers — find a lotion you like and purchase it online. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You can find the same lotions for a third of the cost online. Just looking out.
