They don’t even deserve a star! This company doesn’t care if they rent homes, they don’t return calls and are rude. Too many other property managers in the area that are professional — steer clear of HSJVPM!

Called inquiring about their services for my property that is literally 2 blocks away from their office. Jessica the person I spoke with told me they would not take my property because of safety reasons. Apparently all they employ there are females that are very picky with the areas they work with. Discrimination?, Profiling? , or just plain unprofessionalism?

As a property owner, I interviewed many management companies before picking HSJVPM. I picked them 2 years ago because of their professionalism and flexibility to meet all of my needs. Whether you are an absentee owner or more «hands-​on», they will work with you and provide whatever services YOU need. I have used several of the vendors they recommended for repairs and was so impressed that I have used them on my own house, as well. The vendors were professional, very responsive, and reasonably priced.
The HSJVPM team is ethical, proffesional, and personable. They address all of my tenant’s needs in a prompt manner. They have been very good about keeping me informed of all issues with my property and tentants.
