They have the best biscuits and gravy in town. My husband and I love their«mustang» breakfast and the owner always has delicious pies. It’s been getting busier over the years so there usually is a wait to be seated.

Okay Unilocalers I’m giving you a gift. The gift of great food, unique location and the best waitress ever. Whether you’re flying in from parts unknown or are a savvy regular in this place, do yourself a favor and ask for Summer. She will make your visit one for your memory. Just enjoy, you will thank me later.

If you’re looking for an original old type café,(prices to match), with old town county personality & great customer service then this is the place to come! All the old locals(no pun intended), hang out. It’s right on the airport grounds, so nice to see the nostalgic planes, etc in your view.

This place is a nice spot to eat. Great pies, awesome entrees and service with a smile. It is also a great place to have an event, reception, reunion, etc. When you come here bring a hearty appetite. Anyone who doesn’t enjoy this hidden treasure just does not enjoy food.

From the breakfast, to the burgers, to the PIE you cannot go wrong! They have something for everyone’s taste! Very fun little restaurant with an awesome atmosphere. Very energetic staff, and great for anyone who likes to also watch some aircrafts take off and land! ** make sure you try a slice of whatever pie they have that day! **

Always enjoy eating breakfast here. You have to time it just right so that there’s a table available. Usually the wait is not too long though.

Went for the first time after my hubby had his first flying lesson…2 years later he has his pilot’s license and we eat here about once a week… when we go out for breakfast with the kiddos they always ask to come here, when we go on a lunch date with just the 2 of us, guess where… yep Hanger 1… not only is the food amazing(and it really is, I haven’t tried anything that was not amazing), but the service is awesome and they make you feel like family, by the 3rd time we were there the waitress could guess our drinks of choice. I wish it were possible to give 6 stars.

The menu is small but the food good and customer service was great. It was neat to see the planes coming in and out. I loved the pancakes!

Had breakfast with the family last week at The Hanger. Everything was really good. The sausage and bacon was both tasty and well prepared. Restaurants have a tendency(in my opinion) to overcook bacon, but not the case here. The biscuits and gravy is amazing! Love the hospitable down home feel of the restaurant!

Big helpings, friendly service. The biscuits and gravy are great. Fresh baked goods at certain times, usually early morning. Love to sit and watch the planes taxi in and out of the area.

Decided to try a new place for breakfast this weekend and we were not disappointed, Hangar One Café really hit the spot. We had the Mustang(Banana nut bread french toast w/sausage) and the Kentucky Hot Brown(French toast layered with thin slices of turkey breast, cheese, topped with sausage gravy, bacon and 2 sliced tomatoes. The Mustang was a little too sweet for my liking, but the sausage was the bomb. The Kentucky Hot Brown on the other hand, my God, it was wonderful. Don’t ask me how that combination came about, but it just works, very delicious and filling. It was pretty busy for a small place, everyone seems to know each other, definitely a locals hangout. The service was good and the price was right, I like it.

Great Food, simple and fresh. Very clean establishment and super friendly service. Just make sure to order the pie once you sit down because they sell out quick. If you fly a plane you can land and stop bye to eat. If you drive then. Make sure you try everything.

The food and service were great but the airplane crashing into the picnic tables was priceless. What a show but it reminds us how much help general aviation needs. Careless pilot taxing to show off costs a fortune in repairs to his airplane. Thank goodness no one was injured. Great food and what a show.

Always very tasty food on the airport. This restaurant is dog friendly as there is shaded outdoor dining Interesting to watch the aircraft and there is parking for pilots who fly in for breakfast Small but friendly restaurant
