We should have know better. In the five minutes that we where there we feared for our safety. We checked in, got charged $ 70 even though the sign clearly said $ 49.99. A man was blocking the entrance, when we tried to enter we said excuse us, and he asked us for some change. When we where headed to our room, a bag almost hit me out of nowhere. Apparently the cleaning lady was throwing the trash off the second story balcony. When I looked up to see who it was, I said excuse me, and she looked annoyed and went back to what she was doing. There’s more. We continue walking to our room and see that someone is watching porn with the windows wide open. We pretty much ran to our room, and after seeing the filthy state the room was in, decided to leave and not come back. We forfeited our $ 70. We wanted to get out of there as fast as we could. Worst experience since Oakland. Wow.

They charge for a «cleaning fee» and say that it’s to clean the carpets at check out. The nasty, heavily stained, dingy carpets do not look like they have been cleaned or replaced since the hotel was built. The water is yellowish and smells. Each time you speak to a different employee the room rate changes. The sign out front says $ 49.99 but when you inquire inside they tell you $ 70.00. The price for a pet isn’t constant. If you have a guest and you tell the front desk it’s $ 5 per day. If they find out you have a guest and you didn’t disclose to the office they charge you $ 30. Ironically the signs in the office say no pets and no visitors.

This place has bed bugs roaches and live pterodactyls under the bed waiting to snatch and eat you up

Gross hooker and drug haven! The owners know all about it! Stay away!

This idea of being «under new management» as stated by the Diamond Inn, and that there isn’t criminal activity is completely false. I can show pictures of prostitution, drug deals and other criminal activity occurring at this location on a daily basis.
The place is sleazy, and management refuses to do anything about it.
Employees are rude and could care less when activity is reported to them, often just hanging up on people when complaints are made.
Do not go here. Stay far, far, far away.
