Kasey Lynn’s Bakery & Catering

We were recently at a dinner at the Sun Inn in Bethlehem that was catered by Kasey Lynn’s. It was delicious. Great prime rib, and wonderful crab stuffed tilapia. No fillers in the crab! The food was high quality and very well presented. Vegetables were perfect, not mushy or undercooked. The Lafayette Rice cakes for dessert were delightful. Wait staff was very pleasant; professional and efficient. We are looking forward to more dinners at the Sun Inn catered by Kasey Lynn’s! In fact, they should become the permanent restauranteurs!

I work in the Hellertown area and a flyer was dropped off at my office saying that Kasey’s offers sanwiches/​salads and more than just catering. We were excited to try it out.
The flyer said «Casey Lynn’s» and the number was wrong. We called a lady who is a Hellertown resident, and she had a bit of a freak out moment asking why people won’t stop calling her! Whoever created these flyers needs to make sure the spelling and numbers are correct. It doesn’t look professional.
Once we picked up our food, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Caprese wrap. It was larger than I thought it would be so I only ate half. It came with chips and pickle slices. The chips were mixed with the pickle juice so a bunch of them were soggy however the sandwich was amazing.
I will be ordering it again :)

A fun Saturday stop for me, Kasey Lynn’s offers a little something for everyone, at very affordable prices. Their menu includes wonderful paninis, such as my favorite, the Caprese, and their off menu specials are always a pleasant surprise. There are always tasty pastry cupcakes and treats to try, and their M&M Chocolate Chip cookies are one of my sure bets each time I visit.
There is indoor dining available, and a few seats outside for pleasant days. Also, there is plenty of parking at the rear entrance, which is great if you want to run in without being run over on Main Street. Their staff is friendly, cheerful, and very kind to regulars, which makes one feel very welcome.
If you’re traveling through Hellertown, and looking for a hangs from the same old, same old, give Kasey Lynn’s a try. You’ll be glad you did!

Great Food (panini’s, deli sandwiches, salads, chili) and desserts (cupcakes, pies, tortes). There is a small seating area inside and a table outside. They have coffee and sodas and ice cream too. They also offer catering services. There $ 5 daily specials and if its your first time there you get a free cupcake! Check them out!
