Several weeks ago, I had a discussion with my business partner/​friend and we were ironing out our plans to launch a website for our new service. When we came to the topic of design, he immediately asked me the question, «Have you heard about the web designer Kim Murphy?» Naturally, I know nothing about him but he told me that Kim Murphy is a great guy with good web design skills. So I said, «OK. Let’s see how great of a guy he is.»
Well, turns out Kim Murphy is not a great guy… he is an AWESOME guy! The minute I saw him, I swear he made a good impression. He was all smiles and not shabby. As we have discussed our plan and shared ideas, I could see his extensive knowledge when it comes to web design. Someone of his caliber must indeed be capable of designing a good website for us.
I don’t want to dwell so much on the process but all I can say is that it was pleasing. Great communication, prompt response and highly capable guy. When the results came, my business partner and I were very pleased with what we have seen. The design was perfect… just the way we wanted it to be and it perfectly fits our business’ image.
I am really glad that I have met Kim, I’m just a bit disappointed that I haven’t heard of him before.
