Triple Divide Spirits

New spirits, new owners and new menu. They now produce gin and rum in addition to vodka. Service has improved dramatically and the cocktails are creative, consistent and worth the price.

The vodka is superb and the environment is fun (no tv’s so people actually talk to each other).

I walked in and thought the place looked very inviting. There were a lot of cool colors and light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. I sat down and immediately noticed what the bar was made of. It was nothing but pennies. Hmmm, I recall seeing this on HGTV and immediately feeling covetous of whoever could own a table top like this.
I ordered their version of a Moscow Mule; I can’t remember what they called it. It was very good and they served it in a solid copper cup. It had, fresh ginger juice, candied ginger, ginger beer, and a bunch of fresh lime– so refreshing.
You’ll pay a premium for a cocktail, but you’ll get what you pay for. It’s a well crafted, artisanal approach to cocktails. I saw the bartender Josh go as far as clapping a sprig of cilantro in his hand before throwing it into his shaker.
It attracts a friendly crowd and it’s a nice place to spend a little time.

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is unlike anything in Helena and the staff are great– cute too!
I’ve gone in several times since they opened and the drink menu has only improved. There are always new and creative specials and I’ve liked how they create drinks that no one else in Helena serves. Cocktail prices are equal to other places in town. Although they can only serve 2 ounces to customers, it’s nice that you can buy a bottle there to take home.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cool new bar!

I love this spot! The vodka is phenomenal and the service is second to none! The Lemon Bomb is my favorite. Ask for it spicy if you’re brave!
They also rotate drink specials. Gin has now been added as well. I highly recommend Triple Divide for after work drinks with friends.

Do not try a Moscow Mule at Triple Divide. It is, as are all their mixed drinks are underwhelming (though their straight vodka is quite good-​at least from the batch I tried). If you want a great Mule, go to Silver Star just down the street.

Cocktails are spendy with the average drink at $ 7.00 and they are only allowed to serve two oz of the sprit per person per day. Other than those two things it was great! I had the Montana Jackass (much like a Moscow Mule) and added jalapeño. It was delicious! The atmosphere is very nice and great for catching up with friends. Very nice staff. Highly recommended if you are in the mood for a few specialty cocktails!
