We bought a brand new 2015 Dodge Dart here in February 2015. At about 5,000 miles, we experienced a coolant leak. A slow drip, but a leak nonetheless. Imade an appointment to have it looked at, which took 2 weeks to get in. Understandable, I guess… So on the day i dropped the car off, we were told the issues was a leaking heater hose and the part had to be ordered. We said Ok, order the part. At which time we were told the car would still be fixed the next day. Upon calling the next afternoon to check the status, we were told that the guy that picks up their parts was out of hours (on a Tuesday) and that they had no way to get the part that day. They then said it would be delivered the following day. We called the next afternoon and were told the delivery truck didn’t make it in that day so they had it delivered to another dealership and they were waiting for the part to be brought there. They said it would be fixed before closing so we didn’t wait for the call. We just went in before closing and got our car back. Fast forward to the very next day when we go to drive the car and it’s running hot so we check and it’s literally puking antifreeze out of the very hose they replaced. So needless to say, we will be taking it to yet another dealership tomorrow in the hopes of it actually getting fixed this time. We are not the first of our friends to experience these issues with them, but figured we would give them the chance to fix the problem rather than taking someone elses word first. SILLY US, NEVER AGAIN. DON’T GO TO TRI COUNTY CHRYSLER

Warning if you are shopping cars on the internet you better listen up. We drove from Eaton to Heath Ohio to find out they did not tell us about the wreck on the drivers side! When we showed them they all seemed surprised! But they wanted us to go ahead and buy it and come back in a week! Its a 4.5 hour round trip! Imagine how casually they just say come back! It is frustrating to think they would not budge! Greg said take off some money and we will go ahead. They said no way. We walked. The salesman sd he had been selling cars for 10 years yet greg found it on the spot!
